My Brother and I frequently argue the 2nd Amendment, sometimes my sister. I finally trumped him. Below is an irrefutable argument in favor of citizens owning projectile weapons. My sister leaned toward my argument before this article. This is addressed to my Brother. Brother, I see a well written, timeless irrefutable sentence in, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” Your argument is always about who “We the People” are and what a well regulated militia is. This irrefutable argument addresses both and more. You’re looking at the Constitution in 1 maybe 2 dimensions or 240 degrees. It was written in 3 dimensions or 360 degrees of consideration. They didn’t write it to apply to this day or that, but all days and all time. I will address these dimensions and degrees in the resolution of ‘5 Concerns’.
1st Concern: A regulation coveys, ‘what to do’, ‘how to behave’, ‘how and what, to communicate. Above is a the 2nd Amendment as is favored to Your understanding of the Amendment. (Your issues in bold) A militia cannot be more regulated than if the Children are taught, from birth how to handle the “Individual weapon” and understand that they may be called upon, by their Government or, in the failure of that same Government. The preceding preparation would provide for the, ‘Best “regulated militia“‘ ever.
If there could be such a thing as an explicit implication it would be this. While, tyranny is implied by the need of weapons, “necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed,” it further implies a defense against a tyrannical government to, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare. Both common and general, speak to/about a People low in Government standing. If the ‘Higher-Government’ serves not the common, general, welfare and defense of the ‘Lower Government’ in, “We the People”, it is indeed tyrannical. “We the People” are mandated to take-up arms, if necessary, to defend Freedom, Liberty, the Pursuit of Happiness and reform/re-establish the ‘Higher-Government’, to perfect Constitutionality for all Americans. Following this statement I will explain why, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, from/against all enemies foreign and domestic, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed, is the most LAWFUL understanding and allowance of this among other Amendments. The explanation is addressed in the 4th Concern.
The oath that both You, my-self, an Dad took upon enlisting to the Army does NOT expire as stated on Google when asking, “Is an oath for life?” Answer: Technically it expires once our enlistments/commissions are up. BUT, as Capt Seid Waddell says, our Oath never expires. It is our duty to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC.
2nd Concern: The duty to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC. This can NOT apply only to, Active Duty Military. It must apply in every American’s discharge of, their Citizen(‘s’) duties. We are called upon by the United States of America Constitution, to vote, take office, argue for our Liberty, with-in our power and all the “Rights’ granted, to US by the US Constitution”. These duties of Citizen-ship are in the defense of, our United States Democracy, from/against, all those, foreign and DOMESTIC who intend/attempt to offend the, United States Constitution. So, the defense of the Constitution is not just a oath, of some, but, the affirmation of the American “Birth-Right” and expectation of our “Rights’ to ‘Defend”. A Domestic enemy, need be fended-off, of its attack by every American old enough, to have and speak an opinion. The Constitutional Ground for the above observances are found in the agreement of/to the Preamble. “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” I, by my, ‘Birth-Right’, ‘Oath’, and ‘War-time service’, am endogenously and exogenously fully vested in, as much as Christianity, my Physical Life and, all Spiritual Consequence, the Constitution of the United States of America and, its future. Amongst all other things, I am “1st” an American Citizen! Therefore, my “Birth-Right”, and ‘Oath of duty’ shall never expire. These observations are as inherent to the U.S. Constitution as they are innate to our personal knowledge of the “Rights” granted of the “All-Mighty” to our, Spiritual, and physical constitutions.
3rd Concern: Those loyal to the Crown were not American Citizens or “We the People”. Another part of Your argument is that our Government wouldn’t allow those, 30% of Citizens who were, ‘loyal to the Crown’ bear arms, therefore it wasn’t written for all of the people. You didn’t get my point but You made my point when You typed, “Agree with quite a bit of your reasoning, although do not think the crown is much of a threat 200 years later”. I say, any-one loyal to the Crown could/can NOT be “We the People”. If the American citizen was loyal to the Crown, they were spies and if caught they were hung or shot, NOT released. So the Amendment can be read, to deny those ‘loyal to the Crown’ weaponry, even in that day. Also, when You said, “Agree with quite a bit of your reasoning, although do not think the crown is much of a threat 200 years later.” You make my point because, for this day of reading, in which it is applied, there is not that same threat from the Crown, as the numbers in the threat 200 years ago. Groups and their loyalties beneath the American Flag are less violently hostile these days, and those with loyalties above the American Flag, still prefer less, not more attention. America is less hostile now than it was then. The statement supports that today there is less threat from an enemy foreign. In the case of terrorist and those “sleeper cells” they are spies, if they are also American Citizens. Though, we may disarm them and have them swear allegiance to the United States if they fore-go their right to bear arms. Or that they may bear arms only if they swear allegiance and incriminate themselves to their terrorists organization by giving us information vital to our safety. Thereby they may need to protect themselves in the future. If spy flipping gets two crazy and they are flipped back to terrorist activity, there’s always hanging and shooting. To make an example of such spies is vital to the safety of our Nation.
4th Concern: In the case of a tyrannical Government, over “We the People” in, those days the British Empire was plaguing, our Fore-Mothers/Fathers. “We the People”, have not even a prayer if the Military, in whole or in part, doesn’t side with US against the tyrannical Government. The 4th concern is answered in the 1st Concern. If attaining the Military strength and favor for “We the People(‘s’)” defense of the Constitution, all of those trained from birth to handle an “Individual weapon” are most ready to be trained by the National Guard or any branch of the Military for the ‘Best “regulated militia”‘ that ever could be. In contrast, if the Military need call on an un-trained and un-skilled People, that Military, if in part, has not a prayer. The amount of weaponry and training in “We the People” is a decision maker and breaker in the defense of the Constitution, It is billions of extra guns and, the 2nd nature knowledge of how to use them, all ‘at the ready’.
Therefore every Home should “keep and bear arms“. “We the People” can only be we the American Citizens, whom are “the People” from which Pubic Office and Government Office are elected and Government Officials are appointed. Due to the, lottery that we are to the seats of ‘Higher-Government’, the “Right” of every Citizen to run for that elected seat, the man-date of Citizen-ship to hold appointed seats to Public Office, combined with the “Right’ to vote”, demands that all American Citizens are “We the People”. It must be “We the People” the American Citizens, that are allowed to bear arms, not un-naturalized immigrants.
5th Concern: is, that the ‘projectile-weapon’ for the, industrial person is, easy to attain, allows more distance, from a target, and is, so much more humane than, a club, that You may only invite tyranny, cruelty and, grotesque death, in the outlawing that same ‘projectile-weapon’. In the UK, I am sure they are experiencing such phenomena. A ‘blow- gun’ is a ‘projectile- weapon’, and can be bamboo. You may think the club is easier to make, because the bamboo shoot is already a club, before it is a blowgun. But, it is not industrial, and if the bamboo shoot can be a club, the Human arm may be considered a sling, or ‘projectile propulsion device’. If there is an industrial pipe laying around You, You may make a “projectile-weapon” more easily than the ease that it would take to make that same industrial pipe. “So, can’t a pipe company make the pipe more easily, than a ‘projectile-weapon?” Not as easily, as they could make a projectile for the bamboo shoot. If it’s a industrial pipe company that doesn’t make projectiles, I can find a projectile, in the very machinery they use to make any pipe that. I could fit it to a ‘blow-gun’ or some ‘type of sling’. Last but first{1st}, for the industrial Human, the projectile weapon is an easier success to attain than a club e.g. Agreeing that giving one{1} Order, even if compound is easy, and that two{2} Orders are complex. “The Order is given shoot everyone who is attaining or carrying a club”. In my opinion, You should not shoot anyone whom is not threatening Your Life. That was easy.
So this argument has, kept to raw, bare and, bones of Human ingenuity concerning the industrial pipe. Let’s add chemistry. Google reports that gunpowder:
Trying to outlaw the pistol for the industrial person is the equivalent of trying to outlaw the stone instead of regulating what is done with it. The ease in which one may find a usable steel pipe is greatly dwindling with the intro-duction of PVC and other high-grade plastics and alloys. So, that if the ‘Higher-Government’ or those reigns of the ‘Higher-Government’, takes our guns, there is less and less provisions/materials to protect our-selves from enemies domestic and, foreign, goes with-out saying.
This has been an irrefutable argument. It can not reasonably be argued against. By the ‘”5 Concerns” resolved’, the Government should now, stipulate, well regulate, and, most highly encourage, and recommend gun owner-ship to all its Citizenry. This being appointed today, for a future where as America needs less and less stipulations and regulations to the body of its constituency. This argument and its ‘5 Concerns, solidifies the soundness of mind and Spirit, to declare, that every American Citizen, who is of age and, of responsibility to their own and Loved-one’s Liberty, should own a gun/weapon. This argument with-out doubt, keeps all Children, by 1st keeping American Children at the fore-front of the thought processes given to the argument. Until next time, keep your homes well.

In my opinion, You should not shoot anyone whom is not threatening Your Life. That was easy. “See something”, is designed to bring complacency and apathy to the Human Existence. That includes the Authorities. If that weird person is behaving more weirdly than usual, safely ask them is everything OK, or is their there something that I can do to help You be less weird. I know that it is weird of me to ask. If then concern remains report it.
