1) The Government should be giving the Population Factor the modern and immediate attention it so desperately needs. How much Public and Residential land is needed per/capita. We need to know how much/many, square footage/meters, miles/kilometers, does each Citizen need, to discharge, execute, or carryout their Inaileable/Inalienable Rights, over a lifetime. Some will, bitch and moan about how difficult of a proposition it would be to, exact such figures. Well ya know, that’s bull-shit. We live at an apex of knowledge and mathematical method that would be quite logically, un-fathomable to most of our ancestors. These datas will reciprocate the datum of our Procreation Limit.
2) I have at an educated guess figured that a Child need at least 3 times the outstretched span of their arms when mimicking a jet-plane. The same for their adult parents. That’s how big their rooms need be for (again at a guess) healthy evelopment. Less will lead to deviant behavior. The only reason a person ever steals is that they feel or think they’ve been ‘ripped-off’ by life. If their is any correlation to a person with less than this ‘3 times’ span, being more apt to thievery, it’s worth considering. The same would apply to, the parents attention, food, toys, or anything the person, as a Child, observes others having more adequately. The ‘3 times span’ would apply to home and the yard needs the ‘3 times span of everyone in the building, divided by hours of use. Obviously the Child needs more space to run freely and less space to sit and learn or ‘shared space’ in.
3) The value of the Child is 1/3 to Parents, 1/3 to Government and 1/3 to Business. So the Occupationally Parented raised Child that is at a $300,000 dollar a year graduation would be valued at $100,000 to the parents, $100,000 to the Government and another $100,000 to Business, all 3 of the entities being for the good of the Child.
4) The Government may affirm the law against murder is worth 10% of the $100,000.00 that goes back to the Government and all other legislation the same until the $100,000.00 of their 1/3 is redeemed in taxes.
5) Business may say a computer/smart phone/video game/other is worth 5% of their 1/3 value of the Child and so goes another $5000.00 of that $100,000.00. a soda company may figure it’s worth at .003 % of that same 3rd and charge $3.00 for a soda.
6) The Parent’s 1/3 goes to the Child’s experiences, savings and college, also the parent’s own savings for after the Child is grown. (College should be a split cost to Government, Business, and the Parents.)
7) The Government gives to the Child in Law, Order, and Business Regulation. As well as the enterprises to carry out Business forfeiture and in lieu of Business Promise, with the ability to safeguard and reconstruct the Business of the day from a small cast of holdings that scale the Human enterprise. They will give back to the Child in Military Security and the individual practice of self defense as is conducive to the protection of a Nation and World. They shall engage the Child in their individual contribution to E Puribus Unum and strengthen every allowance thereof from the posture of a Child to its perpetuating adult potential.
8) The Parents give to the Child in material, Human, and Spiritual needs and enhancement in the practice of wholeness and more wholeness based on the expanse of Human knowledge, experience, existence and independence.
9) Business, if they are worth a rats ass, will give back to the Child in wholesome adult life, and the implementation, of Earthly, and Space Aged Existences, wrapping to the Government Institutions, of Education, Human Progress, and Technological Advancement benefiting the expanse of the Human Existence, to reckon every entity in E Pluribus Unum as the Space Aged environment demands.
10) We have to maintain a Child’s environment in order to maintain a Child. Trees, like the Child are 3/3. Hear say, it takes 8 trees to maintain oxygen for 1 Human Life. So an environmentalist may say 8 trees are worth 5% in each of the Child’s values, %5 in Government, 5% in Business and 5% in Parenting, So, 8 trees would be worth $15,000 in populated areas. The Parent share of of the tree’s value goes to the EPA Environmental Protection Angency/DEP Department of Environmental Protection/Forestry Agency who will overlook their health and well-being inventoried for eternal Existence, be it as the Human and Earth do Exist. The 8 trees pay that $15,000 in Oxygen, National/State/Town parks and Occupational Parent Family Training Environments. They lose by far the greater portion of their value, when put to the mill.
The Government gets its share in taxes and Land, Tree, and Wild-life Preserves.
11) Business gets its share in ‘Occupational Parenting and Non Occupational Parenting Family Training Environments’ and experimentation to the enhancement and health of the Tree and Human and Wild-life.
12) Human Parents get their share, in Graduation Increases, and their knowledge of their part to the Tree and the Tree’s part to Humans and Wild-life and the technology which will appeasably and easily render the fear of Wild-life engagement and Co-Existence to respectability and mutual concern for Home.
13) Training is absolute necessity to the Occupational Parenting Economy. The Economy promises to produce better individuals tomorrow than it did today, never stressing the Child more than expenditures worth i.e. an ‘over-taxed’, ‘over-stressed’, ‘over-Human’ individual is ‘anti-economic’ and a devalued product. As the Universe demands Liberty there must be the allowance for those who choose not to engage, or engage as little as they so desire. It is never beneficial to separate Family and when such occurs it is a lost for/to industry and Human Progress. The Parent that holds their Child anchor to the Progress of E Puribus Unum, must not hold them/it ransom, but is the foremost cause, of all professionals, especially them in Psychology and Sociology to progress the hinder parts of E Pluribus Unum, and to keep Child and Parent together and not in ‘neglect status’. There shall be no greater cause in the Human Existence and its calling to Space.
14) As stated in the Command Blog, HomeKeeperU is of the thought that We must implement the Amendment so as, to not stress the feature of the Economy, by the structure of its build and point of its objective. 15) This is all on the Fairness Ratios of the Populous page because their ratios. They’re ratios of investment and concern. They’re ratios of importance and expenditure all with very few numbers, though numbers can be put to every one of them and maybe there will be number put to them. Our Existences before, bodily function, was for the majority of us, and all of us in infinity and eternity was without boundaries or recognition of them. Our charge and goal in this life, is to surmise, extrapolate, experiment and learn how much of that previous interlude with forevers, evers, and nevers we can place and annex to definite boundaries, and if we may one day experience either or both at will.

All systems of governing utilize democracy, in some part. Using numbers is a cast and will be inaccurate at many times in many places because perceivable existence is based on the flexibility in 151 15 and it’s graduations 161 15, 151 16,161 16, 171 17 etc. Humans can only be held to numbers, because they can be random and sometimes unpredictable like the Human. Both will get better with the Occupational Parenting Economy.

Thereby, be-questing the passion in the compromise of ways and the grounds to which such diplomacy may be a 1st. The American by their heart’s calling dose scoff at the un-compromised ground dose nothing but ridicule their own ability if not finding atonement to the very same ground and scoffing. We must legislate to the most offensive and grossest Liberty with its real harm to person animal or society and anything not within this harm should never be legislated. And, those of no harm nor good, be as we will, like them or preserve our own measure along side them. By the Constitution all things are legal until they deny another’s Rights, including Federal and State Governments. Cussing, drunkeness, belching, farting, as well as, smoking cigarettes are all protected Rights not to be shit into by Big Businesses gluttony to control all things, and if control them, destroy them. The inability to tolerate cigarette smoke is a weakness. the ability to tolerate it is a strength and if it violates anyone’s delicate sensitivities, it is the strangulation of Lady Liberty and a legislation to society’s weakness. While forcing a person of any such sensitivity to smoke is an unthinkable violation of their Rights, them having to smell cigarette smoke or the vileness of gas released from the human or animal anus is not a violation of their Rights. It’s is absolutely ridiculous to live beside a neighbor that owns a car and its exhaust and complain about cigarette smoke. Such observances have and will continue to be the fall of Nations.
36) There are the Rights, of the State and Federal Government, but they are very specific and are, not to deny nor disparage the Rights of the Individual. Some current business practices and legal policies do, however, they are un-Constitutional and deserve reconsideration before the death of us all.
37) So, while the so called rights of Big Business are changing the American way of life in, GOD only knows, what capacities and deviousness to be carried out on a frightened, oppressed, and forcibly ignorant public. It is addressed to me that Big Business knows no ratio or service to anything but their postulation of rigidity, self-oppression, and self-forced ignorance of arrogance and dis-allowance of any descent thing by the Authority only in the fear of common death.
