OK here’s the deal. Anything I change for the sake of, You website readers, will be in Violet. The order will be slightly altered to Judge for Yourself “What de’ Dilio”. I don’t know if I even spelled that correctly.

I, my and me will be communicated as Plaintiff, Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan, Midnight, he, him, or his in the following statements.
MvD 1) The 9th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America guarantees me the Right to do as I will if not in violation of other Rights, of State and Federal Governments expressly, and my fellow Citizens Rights inherently.
MvD 2) I have the Right to manufacture/produce Adderall, the most significant medication to Midnight’s regimen, except “We the People” have agreed that the manufacturing, production, and use of such a substance/medication should be, therefore is a highly regulated substance/medication, for our collective safety. We did not agree to give Doctors/APRNs would have GOD like control over the administering of such substances to “We the People”. These medications retain the power to alter in its entirety, or take, and give, Life itself. Doctors and APRNs are allowed to administer these medications, without responsibility and accountability to “We the People” with the exception of perhaps a malpractice suit if one of these substances takes the Life of a United States Citizen. I wonder if the information can be obtained, as to the number of times damages were legally awarded to the Family members of a medication overdose, paid out by a Doctor/APRN or the institution they represent. I wonder if the number of those suits can be counted on any one of “We the Peoples” 20 digits. That’s the amount of, accountability and responsibility Doctors/APRNs have to the ones that they command, sometimes the entirety, of that same one’s Existence.
MvD 3) Because “one” United States Citizen has the right to pursue and maintain their Constitutionally protected happiness, so then do I. If not in “abuse status” or aileable (drunk, or mentally sick) I should be able to maintain any prescription that I deem beneficial to Midnight’s “pursuit of happiness”, if it does not reasonably lead to the “murder of Midnight‘ or ‘someone else”, and if it is not proven, in the absolute, by those other Citizens whom, maintain American Rights, that the influence of the medication on Midnight does violate, one or more of their Rights, not their “delicate sensitivities“, ‘likes or dislikes’, but their Rights. This is not a decision the Doctor/APRN should be able to absorb to their, already GOD like authority and command over Midnight’s Life. For those with a history of abuse, there should be a ‘consensual probationary period’ before they are allowed to pursue happiness in, such a way as, that specific medication, was introduced. If the ‘consented probationary period‘ is not agreed upon, a number of the patient/client peers to the same number of Doctor/APRN peers should decide the probationary period. If those peers are unable to agree on “consented probation”, the court should make the decision based on only the willing input of all those involved in the decision. One “consented probation” period does mark and may mock the period prior and following, said period, but it may not mimic it, without a change to the next “consented probation” period. It is a process that should weigh heavily to the client/patient/Citizen, because it is their Right to tempt even death, if the murder of self or someone else doesn’t ensue.
MvD 4) By such a standard Midnight would have never been able to be cast away from my Adderall nor his Belsomra, his 2nd most significant medication. Midnight had no “abuse status” for a duration of the better part of a year, 10 months, on the Adderall, and taking the Belsomra for 2 Years and 7months. In addition to these medicines, Midnight has been taking Suboxone for 4 years and 5 months. Midnight was presented with a very subtle hint that he could lose my Suboxone as well. My probationary period had been 18 years, with an extremely successful cycle in the 50%, abuse cycles, making for 2 successful cycles and 2 cycles of abuse. It cannot be deemed that a Citizen carry a “negative standard”, “past event” or “scarlet letter” denoting their failure, while being held to the consequences of that, past, failure. If it was legal to do so, no-one could be released from prison and past criminal activity would be relevant in any present judicial action.
MvD 5) Because it is well known by Psychologist, and sociologist that Citizens can not discount the pasts of other Citizens, such irrelevant information should not be spoken in court when any Citizen has proven that they are changed in significance to any past crime or failure. Their past otherwise does have bearing on the Citizen’s mental capacities and capabilities, therefore also on the same Citizen’s opinion and potential. (i.e. Sometimes a person can’t live down, past deviant behavior, on their own changed accord. The behavior is etched into the brain, by the drama, trauma and intensity of all events around, and interactive with the behavior. It certainly sits within the realm of impossibility, to truly change when those around, the citizen, and at large, do not want the Citizen, to change, from past deviant behavior(s). e.g. the criminal was predictably and dependably criminal, while those who scoffed, and those whom were his equal peers, designated scripts, that would keep him from realistically changing. Those, who offered help, were of false hope and, really didn’t believe he could change, but continuously held to the helper role, while denying, him those things essential for him to change. Every group of people in this case felt secure in their own roles as long as he played the part that would keep their roles the same as they’d always been.)
MvD 6) Some professionals will argue that anyone can relapse to a past behavior, no matter the amount of time that has past, and the inclination, to re-commit or spontaneously repeat a deviant behavior, increases over time. i.e. The deviant behavior is like a 1 brontobyte itch that a person will eventually have to scratch. Well, I’m here to tell you that, it’s just not true for the ‘changed person’, with new cerebral/cerebellar pathways along side the old, the only perception/conception that can cause said Citizen to re-engage the old pathway/behavior is a change to the “must be changed” philosophy that initiated or sustained the new pathway, in the first place. (If someone or someone’s Brother/Sister/friend etc. is killed/’nearly killed’ doing something they had always engaged in, or never experienced before, a new ‘neuropsychological-tract’ may be formed in the brain. It will immediately attempt to integrate, itself, to pathways already present. If the new tract is to survive it must make sensible/reasonable connections there-by forming a new philosophy in the individual’s life. Philosophy alone can become so intense, as to form (a) new tract(s) in the brain and the new tract will be re-enforced with every evidence of it’s truth, in life. It would take incredibly critical and deep thought, or sudden drama, trauma and intensity to recondition the brain’s normal function, whether they are old or new pathways.) Interactive therapy with behavioral stimulus will be able to predict and cause such changes at will, when Psychology, Sociology professionals are trained and up-to the task.
MvD 7) The birth of Midnight’s Daughter was a significant catalyst for change in his physical brain. It had been an uphill climb to reach the stability accomplished in recent times and the dis-allowance for, his ability to change from some healthcare professionals and society at large was near overwhelming the entire climb. Alas, he is near failure of repeating past behaviors due to such dis-allowances. People don’t want to allow a Citizen to change because of what it may indicate for their own Existences. This sociological construct has scientific provability to every individual in the transition dynamics of E Pluribus Unum or (The One of Several) effected/affected by everything else in the transition dynamics, including, the individual’s philosophy, perception, or the attempt to have no perception of E Pluribus Unum. MvD 8) Midnight’s intended livelihood is to support my Family, community, and Country by attaining monetary reimbursement for his skills, work(s) and contribution on his website HomeKeeperU .com i.e. He is now in the process of getting Government funding to write his website. Midnight will send a copy of the 1st proposal letter to Congress, along with or attached to this email/letter/appeal. The upper portion of this appeal is a taste of the material/content on HomeKeeperU.com. The value of the work(s) are valueless or priceless at this time in the Information Age. Not of course that, the work is “bad or useless”, it is in fact so valuable that monetary attachment can’t be assessed. On HomeKeeperU.com version 10/11 the information age will be concluded with the completion of the Spherical Set E-Law Human Earth and information monopolized because Midnight reasonably copyright his site. Of course one entity can not hold information ransom like educational facilities and Big Business today. How can we progress that way? We can’t something has to change. Something that should be automatic to internet publishing if we are to have business and society run smoothly and be with Justice. It’s the obvious and only working solution to our Naturally Existing/GOD given Rights on which our beloved Constitution is based. A work is copyrighted upon conception, previously the work was copyrighted the instance it was written down. The ©, symbol is 1 poor man’s way, of letting others whom may happen upon the work, know that it is claimed. In the Spirit of, and inherent to Copyright Law, is the knowledge that when someone publishes a post, it must be copyrighted in the same keyboard stokes, nothing else is fair enough to uphold modern systems of trade and civility. Obviously, the thought of the individual belongs to the individual. It is the evolution of more rudimentary Law Systems, like “Eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth.”
MvD 9) This notion is relative to the naturally Existing Laws of Physicsical, which is a mash-up of Physics and physical. Physicsical incorporates the Human Element’s natural function, in our benefited or deficited view, ability to manipulate, and travel in, near and far Space. i.e. If the Human Element is chaotic and without order, so to, will be, our perspective of Space, and our allowances of energy/synergy in a useable forms, be chaotic as well . Our current Space will not support, the kind of travel we need to get to Mars and beyond. For us, this wretched and broken Space is all we’ve ever know, therefore previously considered normal. With our Space in compounding measure, as it shoud be, Pluto will be nothing but a day trip. The Human Element must be accounted for in all of our compex calculations. I hope to one day found the Subjective and Exclusively Inclusive View‘s of Scientific experimentation and manipulation. The Subjective View is the opposite of Objective Science, which expels the researcher from the process and depending on the study or experiment, it rules-out the total Human presence. Now, we know this isn’t always ideal because, we can effect the flow of electrons, by simply observing them. The Subjective Veiw includes as much of the Human presence or the (HV, Human Variable/Variation) as possible, without contaminating the result beyond the experiment’s/study’s goal.
MvD 10) Midnight has been stuck at this societal station because normally the American brain could not accept what I’m indicating to be true. The American mind has no reference for it in reality. Our brain tells us that it’s not possible for this guy to be this near to solving the Information Age and be an unemployed Stay at Home Dad. So, the brain having no reference for this to be reality, in all the years that You’ve Lived, rejects the entire prospect for something more Familiar, like, inflated bank accounts, security guards, and the highest honors in ceremony. Your brain would rather that be true than have Your sense of “am I really breathing air” be tested i.e. Because the guy/girl at the highest ceremonial honors gets the prize. You are breathing air. The 2 observations have always been consistent to each other, without reason to doubt. And well, it’s just not so. I mean the highest ceremonial honors shouldn’t get the prize in this case and You are breathing air. Unfortunately, I’ve been at this for quite some time now and have done everything I can to change the perception in E Pluribus Unum and hopefully I’ve gained enough allies along the way to secure some Government funding. The rabbit hole actually goes much deeper, but this ‘output is sufficient for productivity‘, and progress, I think, but also unfortunately I’ve been wrong many times in the past about this very ‘same’ issue.
MvD 11) Something touching upon this idea, that, “What You can’t imagine to be true can’t be true for You,” is Conservation, Decentration and Centration. Three important aspects of cognitive development include centration, which involves focusing in on one aspect of a situation and ignoring others; decentration, which involves taking into consideration multiple aspects of a situation, but ignoring 1 aspect; and conservation, which is the idea that an object remains the same no matter the changes around it… So this is Condesentration: Focusing on several aspects while totally ignoring “one” with the inability to change, while also focusing on the 1 object with the disallowance for change. How can You possibly believe something You can’t think of or imagine. There are 2 answers. Manifest the possibility in the “absence” in your imagination and get enough other people to believe it. Like, “there is oxygen all around You.” You’re not doubting that are You?
MvD 12) You need to Know: Xxxx Xxxxxxx , upon receiving ‘information’ that, Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan ‘believed’ that Morning C Franigan’s, “Kirby” ‘,vacuum cleaner had been replaced by a similar vacuum or altered’, due to unsecured door-locks on the ‘residence’ where the vacuum was maintained ‘all-most solely’ by Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan.
MvD 13) Midnight had 3 insignificant, but quite reasonable thoughts and 1 reasonable conclusion. The 1st reasonable thought was conducive to Midnight’s typical thought process. It was that perhaps, Some witness to the Franigan’s lives together, whom was disgruntled by their ethnic civil liberties and saw opportunity to destabilize and aggravate the Franigan’s hard earned harmony and stability by replacing the vacuum when the ‘residence’ was not secure. The indulgences in the “climate and environment of the shared numbers of reality” during the Trump administration support such behavior i.e. A prejudiced neighbor saw a chance for malice and mayhem. The Plaintiff’s recently deceased Sister had at that time experienced indirect threats by Neo-Nazis manifesting a certain alertness and diligence to Midnight. The Plaintiff can obtain written statements to the same from other witnesses. The 2nd reasonable thought was that, perhaps a neighbor concerned with the safety of the neighborhood, wanted to make a statement that the neighborhood’s door-locks should be maintained in the secured position to prevent the neighborhood’s vulnerability and attraction for those who seek to victimize neighborhoods that have more accessibility, rather than less accessibility. 3rd, that perhaps the vacuum had undergone massive dimensional transfiguration, not necessarily for everyone but at least for Midnight the likes of which some see a change in a feature on a fixed structure such as a photo or an automobile or in the case that some is quite sure they left their car-keys on the table and finds them on another table or the bed. The reason the transfiguration would be so noticeable would be conducive to Midnight’s work on the “Spherical Set E-Law Human Earth and the there was actually a 4th insignificant thought that all of these may be true. The 5th and most significant conclusion was, that Midnight had left the ‘residence’ unsecured and his Daughter the most valuable aspect of Midnight’s exist was home alone shut-up in her room, which feels like a vault to her, undoubtedly with her television on and that no matter which was true of the vacuum. Midnight should not have left his Daughter in position to be harmed/damaged as the vacuum was. Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan tried to encourage others, of the home’s member’s, familiarity with the vacuum to match his, unsuccessfully. The fact is that, no-one knew that vacuum, as well as, Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan and he, by far, used it more than any other member of the ‘residence’ and he was the only one to perform regular factory recommended ‘customer/consumer maintenance’. Another insignificant conclusion which may prove to be significant in the aftermath of this suit was that other interest may be manipulating Midnight’s circumstance to have him be declared incompetent so as to have access to his work(s) which will include the Spherical Set E-Law Human Earth.
MvD 14) The basis of Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan’s complaint is not United Dishonest Tech Talk Inc.’s behavior, though their behavior did influence Dishonest Tech Talk’s poor, inconsiderate, cruel, and uncaring decision to coerce Midnight into Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program of Grandiose Hospital. It remains a separate complaint with Midnight’s “standing in the communitie’s” backbone being subject to and of similar, and same damages referenced, on the JD-CV-40 Rev. 12-19 Small Claims Writ and Notice of Suit for Franigan. Midnight, De’cryptohabitation v. Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital docket number WWM-CV-XX-XXXXXXX-S therefore United Dishonest Tech Talk Inc. is a smaller claim of damages in the amount of $1525.10.
MvD 15) I see that on the copy of the JD-CV-40 that I retained in a portion of my records in my residence that I claimed $3520.80 for United Services. The $1525.10 is correct amount that I am claiming. $25.10 is the sum of 4 items on Post Office receipts that I’ve retained. If I have caused any confusion with different amounts in “item number 10” Amount claimed*, it is due to both inexperience and ‘reason of process”.
MvD 16) Because the written “Precedent” implicates “American Big Business”, an abstract entity with very real business in the Court House itself right down to the purchase of “official forms” I was obligated to send the defendants notice of my suit and intent as free of the “Big Business” in the Court House as possible on plain unbranded paper with no intent to acknowledge the computer/word processor/typewriter I had created the legal documents with, nor acknowledged a preference for any “business entity”, a part to the entity “Big Business”. Not knowing still, the extent to which Putnam Superior Court and Danielson Superior Court have been compromised by “Big Business”, on this late day in this “modern business age” to include the investments of their “staff members” and officials and onto, the watches on their wrists, cell phones in their pockets, even the “business entities” that cap and fill their teeth, etc. The first mailings are legal documents standing on the Constitution alone if need be. If either Lower Court be found in conflict of interest so as to confound the suit, a Higher Court may still recognize the initial paperwork on up to the Supreme Court, and if that be found in conflict of interest or without “Consistency of Law” then it may heard in any Lower Court with the least conflict of interest, and that may decide the suit on its merits re-establishing All 3, “Consistent Law”, “Constitutional Law” and the “Separation of Law and Business”. The 1st JD-CV 123, Rev. 4-19 along with Rev. 1-18 sent with the second mailings, account the the 1st documentation as legal, and is sent with the JD-CV-40 as the signature on the JD-CV-123 attests, and all of the documentation was served by a “Government Agency”. Now, I know I messed up filling out some of the paperwork, but correctly filled out paperwork was also served. I’m not a lawyer, I’m an amature, who Loves his Family and Country very much. I know that Business Law had become very controversial by the time I had gotten to college. I studied the Constitution and was ready to dive in and do my part, when a questionable event involving the institution cut my college career short with a very hard line. I was given to the full force of my affliction and ailment, Gulf War Syndrome, and many of Life’s trials and deprivations ensued. 18 years ago I had a Daughter and a reason to live.
MvD 17) I started to put together many possibilities for what had missed, while crowned King and severest victim of the undead and damned. I figure, Business Law pitted against Constitutional Law with the Human Nature in the Human Condition and money unfairly designated and accepted as the “root of all evil” things had most recently looked their bleakest. Now I know, the written “Precedent” clears Humanity, for the previously seemingly impossible task of rebuilding the Earth and this Solar System, from the “American position”, thought of as the weakest link but is and always has been the strongest. Industrial America has debt with the Natural and Tribal Existences, but with the work(s) on HomeKeeperU.com, the goal is as good as achieved, after achieving my personal goals of freedom for myself and my website. I’ll need to get a job with the Government for that. The written “Precedent” is Constitutional, and reconfigures Rights all round. This much, I know. I don’t know this legal paperwork and procedure very well and would appreciate any help I can get.
MvD 18) If You decide not to settle, I will attempt re-file and resend all the official paperwork while showing up to Court with consistent copies, of which all the (i)s will be dotted and all the (t)s crossed, for the Magistrate. I will follow up with the OCR or Office of Civil Rights to see if a complaint must be filed with them 1st, to stand in Court. I will continue to study the Combined Regulation for all Text, for further detail of wrongdoing in this “ironclad” suit. I would also be studying the Constitution again if I had the “where-with-all” to do so. I have been struggling to prepare for this case in conditions most could not effectively imagine. I’m getting good at it, and though I do mind, I will not stop trying. As far as the differences in the amounts in item number 10 of the JD- CV-40, I increased the amount with every mailing. Some disparities are from carelessness, but the Court would like us to settle before June 20th of this year and I’m perfectly fine reducing the amounts by all mailing/postage fees. I will not however settle for less than $3,500.00 on the part of Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital and $1,500.00 on the part of United Services Inc. The amount are claimed based on the seriousness of the HIPAA violation, and the seriousness of the violation of my Constitutional Right to remain in good and unchallenged standing in my community without, I myself, giving reasonable grounds to challenge that standing and reputation. There absolutely must be consequences if the challenge is overturned. My stability, good name and the admiration and respect, from my most Loved Daughter, has been challenged, with my standing and reputation.)
MvD 19) Xxxx Xxxxxxx , LCSW of Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital did violate HIPAA and my privacy. In the Combined Regulation Text for all Rules entry (j) of the following regulation is (j) Standard: Uses and disclosures to avert a serious threat to health or safety. The following regulation, though there may be others are most pertinent to this suit. §164.512 (j)(2)(ii) (2) Use or disclosure not permitted. (ii) Through a request by the individual to initiate or to be referred for the treatment, counseling, or therapy described in paragraph (j)(2)(i) of this section. (i) In the course of treatment to affect the propensity to commit the criminal conduct that is the basis for the disclosure under paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(A) of this section, or counseling or therapy. Page 94, 95
The propensity of others to commit conduct upon Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan person, that is relevant to this suit.
MvD 20) Xxxx Xxxxxxx shared discharge and termination information when she told Morning C Franigan that Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan would be ‘,discharged and terminated,’ from his behavioral/mental health therapy and medication management at Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital if he did not attend the Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program. Xxxx also areed in her professional opinion that “Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan had not been taking his medication as prescribed”. Morning C Franigan shared even more damaging information, spoken to her in absolute confidence, that Midnight believed that his home’s ‘,vacuum cleaner had been replaced or altered,’. Morning C Franigan did profoundly betray Midnight’s trust in her. Xxxx shared this ‘,discharge and terminated information,’ only after receiving an email/letter that Midnight sent as an email to President No-good Help of NAMI or the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill to request legal help and or advocacy in this present matter. The letter also communicated of Midnight’s self, “I do fear going to the Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Tx, not due to paranoia, but a past propensity toward violence.. In that setting or any setting, violence is the last thing I need in my life right now. Previously I’ve always had to establish my male presence among other, attempting Alphas. I am 50 years old now, with a hurt back and leg, And I’m, with much less patients for any such maneuvering.” The letter was certainly a contributing factor to Metake Self’s decision with Xxxx ’s input to place Midnight in the Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program. Ironically, arrogantly, uncompassionately, and with poor professional judgement, at least, one of the very components, the “email/letter” that Midnight used to contest the destabilization of his routine, was used to contribute to the realization of that same destabilization. He is quite sure that it was used for that purpose in his, ‘compelled ignorance’, because, it was also blatantly used in his knowledge, for that purpose of destabilization, after Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan’s ‘physical intake’ at the Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program. Midnight’s ignorance of the arguments/statements/compulsions against him, some of these, kept in unbreachable secrecy by Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital staff. Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center’s/Program’s LCSW, with much imposition, persuaded Midnight to allow her to reach out to Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital to confirm or ‘put to rest’ the allegation that Midnight was not permitted to be on the Hospital grounds except in the case of an emergency. Midnight initially did not allow communication in regard to him, upon the ‘physical intake’, because he was concerned that such communication was unwarranted, from a legal standpoint, due the potential for his, newly begun, treatment and legal pursuit to be biased by such communication. The allegation was confirmed by Xxxxxxxx , she is believed by Midnight to be, the behavioral/mental health Head/Lead Clinician at Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital .
MvD 21) While on the phone with the Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center’s/Program’s LCSW, Xxxxxxxx frantically and defensively reported her understanding and stance on the recently unfolded events. She not only seemed frantic and defensive, she actually sounded more collected than the nervous, and paranoid staff, prior to Midnight’s ‘physical intake’, at Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program. One of the staff, barely known to the Plaintiff, spoke kind words of concern, in an unappeasable tone.Ctone and tactic recognized for the ushering into – mental hospitalization, “You really don’t look well Midnight,” in the aforesaid tone, conveying that I could give no correct or acceptable answer, to her status and position. She attempted awkwardly, to follow up the archaic strategy in one of the larger meeting rooms, with many of Dishonest Tech Talk’s Behavioral/Mental Health Professionals, including their Director, Xxxxx Xxxx . In that same room, Midnight was asked to, and successfully did read from the email/letter to NAMI, which expressed that Midnight was seeking legal aid and action. The ridiculous, inappropriate, and obvious request, was to catch Midnight, the least bit confused, perhaps about his place or understanding in the reading. When Midnight displayed no such fault, one of the staff, perhaps Xxxxx , interrupted the reading to change the topic and or focus. While reading, the emotional intensity, with the strength of cutting knives, on what appeared to be the whole floor, was also. so fragile that it was like walking on ‘pins and needles’ and ‘eggshells’ at the same time, all while submerged in a pool of ‘high-voltage electric water’. Midnight’s ‘most delicate’ and polite mannerisms were parallel a bull in a china shop. The email/letter, which was sighting legal action, was to ‘no avail’ nor deterrence in the witch-hunt. Midnight was sent to the Day Treatment Program to perform a ‘physical intake’ after performing the ‘telephone intake’ with absolute comprehension and no information needed to be repeated, and now we come full circle of Midnight’s deviation in this communication.

Her name is Xxxxxxxx , Head/Lead Clinician for Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital ’s behavioral/mental health program.Her voice was frantic and defensive as she spoke with ‘uncompelled ignorance’, of Midnight’s aforementioned statement, in blue type, from the email/letter to NAMI. She said, that “Midnight didn’t want to go to the Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program, because he wanted to be the Alpha male, or something.” She also spoke near apologetically when she stated, I don’t know how it got to the Department of Public Safety,” speaking of Midnight’s, now confirmed banishment from Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital grounds. Then she made some assumption about it leaking from Dishonest Tech Talk Security. Xxxxxxxx aslo, mentioned that they do not fear taking their position/stance just because a client threatens to sue. So, much did my email/letter to NAMI stir the paranoid apprehensions, and ignorant assumptions of the Dishonest Tech Talk behavioral/mental health staff that Xxxxxxxx , in another phone conversation, informed Midnight that he had a 2nd option to go into ‘inpatient care’ if disagreed with the 1st option presented, which was, Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program.
MvD 23) Further Review and Elaboration: Clearly, Xxxx Xxxxxxx violated my HIPAA protection, with the sharing of Health Information as provided in §160.103 Definitions Health information means any information, including genetic information, whether oral or recorded in any form or medium, that: (2) Relates to the past, present, or future physical or mental health or condition of an individual; the provision of health care to an individual; or the past, present, or future payment for the provision of health care to an individual. Page 14 Xxxx ’s share of information also defined as PHI or Protected Health Information as provided by §160.103 Definitions Protected health information means individually identifiable health information: Page 16, when the same Xxxx Xxxxxxx shared ‘,discharge and termination information,’” telling Morning C Franigan that Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan would be discharged and terminated from his behavioral/mental therapy and medication management at Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital if he did not attend the Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program.
MvD 24) Xxxx Xxxxxxx , LCSW of Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital did violate HIPAA and my privacy. In the Combined Regulation Text for all Rules entry (j) of the following regulation is (j) Standard: Uses and disclosures to avert a serious threat to health or safety. The following regulation, though there may be others are most pertinent to this suit. §164.512 (j)(2)(ii) (2) Use or disclosure not permitted.Cuse or disclosure pursuant to paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(A) of this section may not be made if the information described in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(A) of this section is learned by the covered entity (ii) Through a request by the individual to initiate or to be referred for the treatment, counseling, or therapy described in paragraph (j)(2)(i) of this section. (j)(2)(i) In the course of treatment to affect the propensity to commit the criminal conduct that is the basis for the disclosure under paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(A) of this section, or counseling or therapy. 25) Disclosure is permitted in this regulation. §164.512 (j)(1)(ii)(A) Because of a statement by an individual admitting participation in a violent crime that the covered entity reasonably believes may have caused serious physical harm to the victim.
MvD 26) At any rate the information that Xxxx Xxxxxxx shared with Morning C Franigan was to disclose in the course of treatment and to affect the propensity to commit the criminal conduct that is the basis for the disclosure under paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(A), and in doing so initiate and refer for the treatment, counseling, and therapy at Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program based in some large part or part on the belief that Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan, “wanted to be the Alpha male, or something.” In no scenario was the disclosure used to avert a serious threat to health or safety,and in all scenarios the disclosure beckoned, antagonized, and set the stage for a serious threat to health or safety. It can be assumed that the Defendant disclosed protected health information only pursuant to (j)(1)(ii)(A) with every ability and reason to predict an outcome no less than the exact description in (j)(1)(ii)(A). Thusly, if the Defendant doesn’t settle, the regulation to pursue legal action will not be found in ‘civil regulations’ but criminal, should the State or the people prosecute, and the precedent is not set, with the settlement, and the exact same can be said of the, written “Precedent”.
MvD 27) Xxxx Xxxxxxx also disclosed protected health information i.e. Treatment progress or assessment information e.g. Morning C Franigan shared, purely her opinion that, Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan was not taking his medication as prescribed. Xxxx Xxxxxxx , then agreed that she believed that Midnight was not taking his medication as prescribed, as well. Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan, in this sworn statement, does attest that he took his medication as prescribed within his Rights, to decline medication, and take them as needed as well.

MvD 28) Xxxx Xxxxxxx reported her professional opinion, to Morning C Franigan, Midnight’s “sworn enemy of instance”, by both Morning’s, Midnight’s, and Xxxx ’s accounts, as Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan has sworn to both of them, religiously, his bitter hatred for any entity of ‘free will’ who does anything that may separate him from his Daughter. Also, by Morning’s account, Midnight was her enemy, if doing anything that could repeat, troubled times gone by, and even engaging in any intellectual or controversial pursuit is tainted in her deeply damaged mind and being, dating as far back as the “questionable failure of my college career”. Her PTSD is very real and consuming our future.Morning refuses to seek help or even submit that she has a problem. Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan will be, he that gets her only the best, and ‘proven most qualified’ to help her, and professional also, if there be that professional available to us. Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan will share no more of her struggles than that.
MvD 29) So, it was both to and of my ‘sworn enemies’ that my protected health information was shared. Even the most absurd, frivolous, and meaningless, understanding of HIPAA does not allow for the above violations. The link to such an understanding is “10 times HIPAA may not apply”. I believe the Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations begins its regulations with 45 C.F.R. the Combined Regulation Text for all Rules does not, but the regulation should remain the same. Unfortunately for Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan, and conveniently for the Defendant, Midnight does not have the fullest access to the HHS.com website due to technical difficulties far removed from his lowly and meager status. Fortunately for America and therefore the World, enough access was provided.
MvD 30) Further Review and Elaboration: “I do fear going to the Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Tx, not due to paranoia, but a past propensity toward violence.. MvD 32) In the 1st quoted, blue typed, statement, from Midnight’s email/letter to NAMI it is both clear and reasonable, that he didn’t want violence in some new “mental health program”. In the 2nd statement, using some of the exact, blue typed phrases, from the 1st statement Midnight attempts to make it more obvious to the reader that he has suffered victimization, that could typically be associated with “black/white” violence more than 40 years ago and on to this present day. He also attempted to make the 1st and 2nd statements, not about “Black” and “White”, to express that he knows things have changed, and that the propensity toward violence in that setting, a treatment program, exists whether it’s “black and white” or not. Furthermore, Midnight finds the terms, “black and white”, when applied to persons, disturbing and unrealistic. He prefers to use the terms “African and Caucasian”. Any reading of the 1st, blue typed, statement other than the reading that, “Midnight doesn’t wish to be in an uncomfortable environment, due to the potential for violence, which Midnight has had personal experience with, and is just too old for that shit”, is certainly an ignorant reading. And, it would be a reading far below a professional standard of communication. Xxxxxxxx the Head/Lead Clinician, and every other staff member involved, who read or ignored, the 1st, blue typed, statement, at Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital , and did not get the simplified understanding, that is written above, in maroon, has surely proven themselves ignorant. If Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital staff is not profoundly ignorant, they are willful, malicious, cruel, and wanting for the harm of Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan, apparently the Combined Regulation Text for all Rules doesn’t even have a regulation for this type of disclosure. It would seem the American system has put foolhardy trust in tandem the title “professional”
MvD 33) Review: In no scenario was the disclosure used to avert a serious threat to health or safety, and in all scenarios the disclosure beckoned, antagonized, and set the stage for a serious threat to health or safety. The staff at Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital conspired and coerced Midnight into a fearful and truly dangerous surrounding for the pleasure of their own existences and that is cruel, even if the treatment is necessary. Midnight had to evade 2 ‘physical altercations’ and is witness to an all out ‘street fight’ which took place between 2 Alpha male types from the Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program.
MvD 35) Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan will demonstrate that his treatment at Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program was indeed unnecessary. The following, in green, is an accurate analogy utilizing “Horton Hears A Who”. To further speak to Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan caliber of professionalism, in his unprofessional status, the analogy is so specific, it can and should be used as a model, for evaluating the danger of any individuals thought process. It fills 3 societal needs. The 1st is when making the decision to “involuntarily admit” an individual to the hospital. And, to make it a legal opinion: “The only times an individual should be involuntarily hospitalized or treated are ‘when they are a danger to themselves or others’ or ‘when they cannot, minimally, explain themselves to ‘any known perception and or conception”.” The 2nd societal need is: “To help any Citizen as well as any ‘Mental Health Mobile Assessment Worker’ determine a need for further assessment, before any roads or Rights be traveled up-on.” The 3rd societal need it fills is that: The analogy can and should accompany, Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes’s assertion to limit the freedom of speech, “shouting fire in a crowded theater,” when there is no fire. And now, Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan will present his Analogy.

MvD 36) Metake Self, leading the paranoid, delusional, and detached mental pandamonium, (mental as it is defined in the Command Blog of HomeKeeperU.com) which led to the emotional frenzy that can only be compared to the Dr. Seuss animals in the Jungle of Nool, from the classic Child’s story “Horton Hears A Who”. Xxxxxxxx the behavioral/mental health Lead/Head Clinician for Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital really could have been the embodiment of Sour Kangaroo with Xxxx Xxxxxxx in her pouch, saying, “Me too”. Metake Self with others of the hospital staff, accurately fits the role of the whole slew of Wickersham Brothers, Cousins, and Uncles. The Plaintiff does not make this comparison with insult, hatred in his heart, or aimed aggression. It is quite the opposite, placing Midnight in Horton’s role to convey a certain amount of forgiveness, and downplaying of the suffering at the hands, hooves, and paws of the unaware and misled characters of the story. Also displaying the willingness to work with, live with, and function with the other animals in the aftermath of the incident.
MvD 37) The accuracy of the parallel is both moving and staggering at the same time.The threat of, “You’re going to be roped and You’re going to be caged!!!” was very real, and the emotions that accompany such a threat were very real as well, on both sides. Midnight’s thought/belief that his home’s ‘,vacuum has been replaced or greatly alter’, compares to the speck itself, while his ‘,poetry and imaginative story excerpts,’ parallel the voices of the Who’s. The ‘,replacement of the vacuum,’, no-one else can see, like the speck, and the language in the ‘,poetry/story excerpts,’, no-one else can hear. Even if Midnight is absolutely incorrect in his perceptions as to those who resign to the fact that Horton’s speck was truly imaginary, even in the in the book, and that the other characters never did, really see the speck nor hear the speck voices. But they, pretended to see and hear the speck for Horton’s sake and the sake of the Jungle of Nool. Another perspective, not of the book, is they all came to see and hear their own individual specks, not just the one Horton saw and heard. If Midnight’s home’s ‘,vacuum has been replaced or altered,’ the speck is real, and if others can understand and even relate to Midnight’s ‘,poetry and story excerpts,’ the speck voices are hearable.
MvD 38) Now, none of the “Horton Hears A Who” parallels/comparisons to the events in Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan’s “legal suit” are dangerous nor do they warrant the his displacement and certainly not the threat of his hospitalization. The ‘worse case scenario’ is one not even in the story and that is that each of the jungle animals came to see and hear their own specks. This is dangerous and the ‘worse case scenario’, because the animals could have come to violence with each other, while protecting their individual specks and, believing their speck was ‘most important’ or ‘more worthy’ of their protection than another’s speck. In Midnight’s suit the door of his home was not locked. Even in this aforesaid ‘worse case scenario’, if all other person in the World came to believe that their ‘,vacuums had been replaced,’, without pointing a finger at a “guilty party”, it “would not”, come to violence. Perhaps it would come to, new locks on the doors of those who, ‘would now’ want to lock their doors, in the World. Likewise, if the World had each member, write it’s own ‘,poetry and story excerpts,’, that no-one else could understand, there’d be no difference in the World ‘whatsoever’, if there was no demand to explain the ‘,poetry and story excerpts,’. If everyone else believed that my home’s ‘,vacuum was replaced or altered,’ they would either have sympathy, ‘scorn for, my carelessness in leaving the door unlocked’, or no care at all. Still here, the probability is “no effect”. Even in the ‘worse case scenario’ Midnight was never a threat to himself nor anyone else and could speak to a known perception and conception, in knowing where he was, then, explaining that he did not want to change his treatment.Chalf decent professional would have made the evaluation that the level of treatment Midnight was receiving was ‘more than adequate’ for his and everyone else’s needs and Rights to be preserved. Every Health-Care Professional should be capable of drawing such a working analogy and certainly able to utilize this one. Every Citizen doing the best they can utilizing it will make a better decision by it, when calling for a mobile assessment, so that no American Rights be trampled up-on.
MvD 39) Perhaps, the “Suffrage of Liberty” to “Horton Hatches The Egg” is too long for professionals today, but it’s certainly not too long for a Court record. I do hope the Court demands a record of our negotiation with every outcome. Surely, I will offer it, if they don’t. I don’t work for peanuts, but, I will continue to prove my gross and net worth. MvD 40) Below is another, blue typed, statement, on the written “Precedent”, filed with the email/letter to NAMI. It’s called the written “Precedent” because the Court setting it to all judgements of “Big Business” like Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital and furthermore its corporate identity, to extend an adequate amount of pressure to Congress to make it “Business Regulation” and they need regulate business ‘no more’ than that. So, the fact that Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan believes his home’s “vacuum has been replaced or altered” has absolutely no, absolute zero, “0” merit for the Defendant.
MvD 43) Now, this suit can also be compared to the “Salem Witch Trials”, but in that scenario everyone dies, and perhaps the last person figures, “Hey, some of this may just be normal,” and in doing so, they decide not to try and murder themselves. At any and all rates, Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan is deserving of an apology, and intends to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, therefore, in the preponderance of evidence, he is also entitled compensation.
MvD 44) Midnight can’t be sure why Metake Self agreed to prescribe him Adderall. Perhaps she knew nothing of Midnight’s stimulant abuse, which would certainly be invalidated by 18 years without abuse. Perhaps, she did know and made, what is for, some doctors a bold and other doctors a negligent decision. Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan has both the deepest and utmost appreciation and respect for her decision. That is why Midnight never abused Adderall with her. Adderall is a powerful substance that allows him focus and thought organization, he would not normally be able to attain. He will request, and it is inherent to, the written “Precedent”, that Midnight continue with Adderall and all other medications as they were prescribed before going into Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program. Too much Adderall may destabilize a person’s thought process or cause Psychosis. Midnight will prove in the preponderance of evidence that his thoughts process did not destabilize, and was indeed enhanced. Midnight would like to speak more about this phenomena with Metake. MvD 45) Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan is not a professional and is disappointed, disheartened, but hopeful in the State of professionals today. In all of the events in this suit, that have unfolded to the present moment, Midnight’s, has been the most compassionate, sound, and productive judgement, and what should be professional. MvD 46) Xxxx Xxxxxxx , upon receiving ‘information’ that, Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan ‘believed’ that Morning C Franigan’s, “Kirby” ‘,vacuum cleaner had been replaced by a similar vacuum or altered,’, due to unsecured door-locks on the ‘residence’ where the vacuum was maintained ‘all-most solely’ by Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan. And due to the fact, that the vacuum was inoperable, by assessment of previous use, with features unrecognizable, both visually and in function, but the motor did function with audible likeness to previous function. Morning C Franigan claims Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan, broke the vacuum when taking it apart. Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan, does so, swear upon “all things valuable in, and his Existence itself”, that he opened only the customer serviceable portion of the “Kirby Vacuum Cleaner” and did notice more oddities and disfunction totally unfamiliar, to the vacuum that he had previously serviced. Morning C Franigan shared an ‘exchange’ of information with the aforesaid received ‘information’, with Xxxx Xxxxxxx . Xxxx Xxxxxxx shared that same ‘information’ with a portion of the behavioral/mental health staff, which began to stir paranoid deductions about Midnight’s state of mental health. One definition of Paranoid is: Unreasonably or obsessively anxious, suspicious, or mistrustful. The aforesaid definition does describe the climate and environment of the “shared numbers of reality around Midnight’s aforementioned belief”. Morning C Franigan at a time after the aforesaid ‘exchange’ did take the “Kirby Vacuum Cleaner” from the aforementioned ‘residence’. Upon its return return the motor was inoperable.
MvD 47) Midnight had 3 insignificant, but quite reasonable thoughts and 1 reasonable conclusion. The 1st reasonable thought was conducive to Midnight’s typical thought process. It was that perhaps, Some witness to the Franigan’s lives together, whom was disgruntled by their ethnic civil liberties and saw opportunity to destabilize and aggravate the Franigan’s hard earned harmony and stability by replacing the vacuum when the ‘residence’ was not secure. The indulgences in climate and environment of the shared numbers of reality during the Trump administration support such behavior. And the Plaintiff’s recently deceased Sister had at that time experienced indirect threats by Neo-Nazis. The Plaintiff can obtain written statements to the same from other witnesses.
MvD 48) The 2nd reasonable thought was that, perhaps a neighbor concerned with the safety of the neighborhood, wanted to make a statement that the neighborhood’s door-locks should be maintained the secured position to prevent the neighborhood’s vulnerability and attraction for those who seek to victimize neighborhoods that have more accessibility, rather than less accessibility.

Stipulations of a settlement are to retain LCSW Xxxx Xxxxxxx , APRN Metake Self, and joint Parent Morning C Franigan. Also for the sake of structure this is not a demand, except in the case of Metake Self, to be carried out, at any time during this negotiation, with Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan’s routine dosing at the time of disengagement unless Midnight attains a provider that will prescribe Adderall at the same or higher dose in the interim.
MvD 54) After the opinion in “progress information” Xxxx Xxxxxxx shared ‘,discharge and termination.’ information with Morning C Franigan coercing Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan into Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program. She told Morning that, If Midnight doesn’t attend the aforesaid program that he would be discontinued at Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital and with his 9 years of therapy disposed of.
MvD 55) In the stress of the circumstance Midnight has been revisited by physical pain which can only be explained by the manifestation of the stress of the circumstance. In addition to the physical pain Midnight has suffered great and incalculable amounts of emotional pain in all personal relationships and has suffered the loss of ,time for Family and work for which he is currently pursuing financial gain. Said suffering in the denial of Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan’s 9th Amendment Rights, which are guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America upon its founding document the Declaration of Independence:
“Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” is a well-known phrase in the United States Declaration of Independence. The phrase gives three examples of the “unalienable rights” which the Declaration says have been given to all humans by their creator, and which governments are created to protect.
9th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America:
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
MvD 56) The only possible Rights of Government that my Rights in any and of my suffering could be the Right of the Government to retain a military, due to the Information Age and what may be considered as sensitive information. The Government must charge me with disparaging their Rights and must employ my Rights upon desisting the disparagement of their Rights. The development of the After-Math or Midnight’s Perspective Math may be considered such sensitive information.
The denial of Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan’s personal pursuits not are limited to:
- The pursuit of livelihood/monetary gain of his work
- Freedom of engagement
- The fulfillment of the stability of home, town, and Country
- Good standing, and reputation, free of legal entanglement
- Parenting obligations and set routine
- Totality of information in concern of my treatment
- Reputation of mental health adequacy
MvD 57) Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan intends on pacifying all enemy relationships in a nurturing and healthy State until the relationships can no longer be construed as enemy and support Community, Military, Country, and World prosperity toward other stellar domains, but is 1st obligate as an Official Citizen and member of the United States Government to secure all his and other American Rights where- ever on what-ever they Exist 1st, meaning the spread of Liberty and Happiness is perspective but Life is not e.g. The spread of democracy is not imperative. The base of mathematical operations for our World’s Space Age’s manipulation of time and probabilities in real time is already on HomeKeeperU.com, in Midnights Perspective Math, now my commitment and obligation is to my Beloved United States Army where it meets NASA. My Country must not be confused about freeing itself from any and all hog-tying to address these Rights of this individual.
MvD 58) Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan time of pursuit was denied as such. He attended 30 minutes of therapy and medication management per/week with 10 minutes per/week in travel for a total of 40 minutes dedicated to psychological stability. The rest of the 166 hours 20 minutes were vigorously scrutinized increments with 80 hours for work and the pursuit of monetary gain for said work. With 58 hours 40 minutes for to be sure the house was clean, laundry done, Family physical activities, and entertainment such as art/crafts, and other ‘local and out of state’ economic excursions. Also among time allocated was 28 hours for sleep. By Midnight’s Math the problem and solution look as such. 58.(6i-) + 1. (-3i)+80+28=168 or 58.(-6i)+1.(3i-)+80+28=168 or 58.6i + 1.3i +80+28=168 where (i) or i represents of course infinity. MvD 59) Being required to stop taking Adderall, due to the fact that Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Program is a substance abuse rehabilitation facility, as well as behavioral/mental health, Midnight began sleeping 12 hours a day or 84 a week leaving 84 hours a week, minus 20 hours for the Program. MvD 60) Midnight had begun to clean his Daughter’s room everyday in her Junior or Sophomore year of High School and was at the point in her Senior year of cleaning it only once a week and could no longer do so. Alas, even Love had little compensation at home due to the arguing, unequal distribution of housework, the lack of Midnight’s influence, in the house, due to his station in Life, to adequately accomplish the leavening of the deficiencies. GWS was a strong and constant thief of the motivation toward the same need for corrective action and Midnight found himself continuously keeping his opinion to himself to avoid fighting at home. When arguing about the vacuum with Morning C Franigan, Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan did, (GOD forgive me) call her a cunt approximately 3 times within the hearing of Mid Adele Franigan, Morning’s and Midnight’s 18 Year old Daughter. Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan had to make a conscious effort to restrain himself from violence against Morning C Franigan on this occasion and thought to himself, “I hate you” in regard to Morning C Franigan more than once. Similar less heated altercations were constant to any conversation about this legal matter or Midnight’s need to be at Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Program or in therapy at all. Altercations also ensued any talk of medication variance.
MvD 62) Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan’s 18 year old Daughter was a minimal and only support at any time that those 2, Midnight and Mid were not arguing. Many times Midnight was left without any of the supports he meticulously, intentionally, diligently, and generously place around, under, and above himself. Midnight’s Mother, Mop Onhop, recently and intentionally has cut all conversations short before any of Midnight’s grievances could have thoughtful resolution as they have in the past with this support. Midnight does not insist on “going there” because his Mother, as a support is most the tenuous of all his supports due to Childhood experiences though Midnight freely and gratefully admits she has been effective in the past. Midnight got into an argument with his Stepdad, Pop Onhop, whom he calls Dad and has for many years after respectfully requesting to utilize such a title. Midnight for the 1st time questions the honesty of his Dad’s opinion in regard to Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan mental health. Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan believes that Morning C Franigan, Pop Onhop, Mop Onhop, his Brother Dote-bro Mybad Franigan, and his Sister Cistern Mymad Franigan were and can still be of a persuasion to hospitalize Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan, in which case the authority to his work on HomeKeeperU.com and all other work would be greatly, perhaps completely compromised. Midnight and his Brother and Sister are not speaking to each other at this time due to their opinions about his mental stability. Midnight’s Daughter reserves any such opinion about Midnight’s behavioral/mental health awaiting the outcome of this suit and the decision of authority.
MvD 63) Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan holds no disdain for the aforementioned supports because he believes their may be coercion by other parties interested in the same work(s). This belief is supported by a questionable college career and incident which shall go unspecified until Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan achieves the credibility, credentials, and income worthy of proving such wrongdoing.
64) Without these supports and adequate medication Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan is experiencing a certain level of hell, including physical discomfort, emotional distress, mental detachment as mental is defined on HomeKeeperU.com in the Command Blog/post/page. The detachments are not his in their nature.
MvD 65) During the attendance of Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Program, before satisfactory and full completion Midnight did fear and avoid the violence that can ensue with establishing a male presence among other males. Among the males attempting to lead the group or have the Alpha position. There was there on such, that could have charged with attempted murder. Midnight did find a place for his presence. This was not as difficult as it was, when Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan was a younger, less experienced and considered to be a “black male” in a “white” community, due to the arduous efforts put in by himself and his Caucasian counterparts in these small-town areas. His cohort and those like them have had success making these rural communities homes to the concepts of acceptance and pride in those whom are good people, no matter the differences. When, Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan was, younger, he was more than happy to establish a permanent presence, alone, among other Caucasian Alphas, successfully. He had many a violent interaction in doing so. Midnight can not afford to accept less than an Alpha position in regards to his work(s). His Daughter and home are depending on Midnight’s success with such work(s). Though this small-town is ethnically enlightened by Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan’s and his friends efforts, years ago and continuing, and those efforts like theirs/these, combined with the superior efforts in the mass media by the likes of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., President John F. Kennedy, and Malcolm X, he still encountered the 2 threats of violence at the Day Treatment Program and he is witness to 2 “Alpha male personalitie’s” violent encounter. Midnight himself levied for his position with a taller, heavier, and very intelligent MD, whom had lost respect for himself, others and Life. For a conscious moment Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan believed that he could/would take to fighting at any of that moment’s time interval. The good doctor rescinded his disdain and all the emotional vibrance thereof and Midnight knew we would not have to tangle at that time. Over time Midnight and the doctor established a working relationship within their group. This is exactly the type of interaction Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan warned of in his “Letter to President Nogood Help of “NAMI or the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill”. There is absolutely no assurance, none, that the MD that Midnight encountered was not Dr. Hannibal Lecter. Things could have gone a much different direction than they did and Midnight, was, inconsiderately placed in the identical situations and hardships that he warned of in the aforementioned letter and if it was not, inconsiderately, then why was he coerced into placement there at his ripe old age of 50 with physical ailments? The good doctor hadn’t much hope or will to work productively with anyone upon arrival but did have hope and a plan to Live, upon his abrupt departure. He considered everyone of their group his friends and their LCSW his leader.
MvD 66) Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan is presently floundering to maintain acceptable behavioral/mental health accommodations to Morning C Franigan’s acceptance. Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan has decided to return to Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital regardless of his pending lawsuit against them, while hoping that his confidence in the assumption, that they will not use his attendance at their facility to falter his lawsuit against them, in any way, but instead want to provide some relief from the hellish existence that they have inconsiderately cast Midnight into. Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan had hoped for the therapist Xxxx Xxxxxxx to continue their 9 year ascension to a more healthy state of existence, in order to make solid a foundation from which more disturbing issues from Midnight’s Life could be reconfigured to be as healthy as the 9 year foundation itself. Returning to Xxxx, is a stipulation of Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan win over Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital or settlement with them, but Midnight does not wish to condescend the feelings of Xxxx Xxxxxxx in this case and will not continue to see her without her personal agreement. A demand contrary to this understanding would be unproductive at best. Midnight will in the meantime, see LCSW Gggg Gggg for behavioral/mental health therapy. An appointment has been set for June 14th at 3:00. I am trying to get in earlier if there be a cancellation or agreeable rescheduling due to the fact that I must have an appointment with Gggg before seeing Metake Self.
MvD 67) Midnight will see APRN Metake Self for medication for his mental condition. An appointment is scheduled with Metake on June 19th at 11:00. Midnight is diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder, Schizo-Affective Disorder with Depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Midnight will ask Metake to re-establish the same, and exact regimen of medication that he was being prescribed before assignment to the Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program for a “medication evaluation”. To insure that Metake Self had done nothing wrong in her prescribing, was he sent for a medication evaluation. Dr. Snowight, whom Midnight did recognize from Connecticut Valley Hospital and whom claims not to recognize Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan, is the doctor at Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center, she said she could make her assessment and present an evaluation days after Midnight started the program. No-one on my “therapeutic team” pushed for the evaluation because of the fact that Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan was pursuing legal action against Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital for coercing his placement in the Treatment Center/Program and the Program was not yet complete. Also, though the “medication evaluation” could be done in a matter of days, Dishonest Tech Talks demand as Midnight understood them to be, was the completion of the Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center’s Program that he was placed in. As mentioned previously in this document, Dr. Snowight would not prescribe substances reported to be addictive because the Treatment Center is a “substance abuse rehabilitation facility” and that she could not violate “Best Practices” but the only “Best Practices” that Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan could find were set forth by the “AMA or American Medical Association”. The “Best Practices” are designed to handle information or data about “prescribing” but not “how to prescribe”. Midnight warned both his LCSW and Dr. Snowight that if she had deviated from the “so called” “Best Practices” without legal or moral prompt recently, prior to Midnight’s arrival and would not deviate for his situation and condition, the Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center thereby Grandiose Hospital would be guilty of prejudice, to the extreme written of, in Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan’s “Precedent” written for “Franigan. Midnight ,De’cryptohabitation v. Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital docket number WWM-CV-XX-XXXXXXX-S” and “Franigan. Midnight, Franigan v. United Dishonest Tech Talk Inc. docket number WWM-CV-XX-XXXXXXX-S” They would also be guilty in “Reason” of patient/client stagnation, regression, and cruelty. If there are no “Best Practices” for “how to prescribe”, they are guilty of prejudice in a broader extreme as well. If they did an intake for “addiction services” instead of behavioral/mental health, they are guilty of perpetuating ignorance to the Rights and need of the American Citizen. And, there are many others that current legal may not address, but that the aforementioned “Precedent” does. If Subject Dishonest Tech Talk Treatment Center/Program of Grandiose Hospital, is guilty of any violation after the win or settlement in Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan favor, they may be “sued and found unfavorable”, for breaking the Law and may only avoid the suit by “setting the “Precedent”, which can be called ‘implementing the “Precedents” correction’, at all of their facilities/establishments/buildings of business”.
68) So distressed is Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan and reduced in function and elemental enjoyment that he could in no way prepare for the gravity of this suit without medicinal assistance and has sought to remedy this cruelly deficient State, that has been forced upon him by Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital and United Dishonest Tech Talk Inc., by any and all means necessary, legal and illegal as well as questionable to a moral sense but by no means conducive to cruelty or wrongdoing to any other persons or animals. Midnight is making an obvious attempt to get Dishonest Tech Talk or United Dishonest Tech Talk to intervene before he does something that gets himself arrested, further destabilizing his home, standing in the community, and post war humanitarian efforts in service to his Country, in the form of peer counseling, financial, food, and Armed Services encouragement to fellow Citizens of these United States of America. Midnight also influences other Americans to a Higher Power in service to GOD.
MvD 69) Again I encourage that You settle this suit immediately out of court. I was unable to attain information as to the victim, and not just the Department of Justice receiving monetary benefit/restitution/damages for violations of HIPAA. If the victim has not received damages the Magistrate may order the payment in this case, giving strength and a sense of urgency to the implementation of the “Precedent”. I, Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan, am in a dire condition and am returning to Dishonest Tech Talk as a matter of necessity, not surrender. If the patient/client protocol at Dishonest Tech Talk doesn’t meet the absolute resolution of the typed/written “Precedent” “Reason” and “Complaint” or have an agenda to meet the entirety of the “Precedent” and its pages I will find services elsewhere and seek to refile the suit with a much higher monetary request for damages.
The settlement/win of this suit does allow “small claims”, claims for damages to medical malpractice.
MvD 70) The Consistency of Law, in the case of International Law and at those American echelons are probably considered by some intelligence communities to be Lawless. If the Plaintiff receives an unfavorable decision by the Court or does not settle out of. The whole of American echelons may considered Lawless and all that, that may imply.
MvD 71) Though, I am attempting to settle, the Court has, in its possession, what I am calling the written “Precedent” and the value of all other information in these communications to apply however the Court so choses. With the G.A.T.T. Global Alliance Trade Treaty and N.A.F.T.A. North American Free Trade Agreement, negotiations in the 1990’s at the upper echelon of the “Trials of United States of America Constitutional Law”, the securing of Rights for corporate entities at the moderate echelon of the “trails”, this lower echelon suit is a deciding factor if the United States of America Constitutional Law stands in the body of “We the People”. I’m unsure of what happened in the upper echelon of the “Trials of United States of America Constitutional Law”. In the moderate echelon, I am quite sure that a ‘company’ can not have Constitutional Rights because they would make equal to The Federal or a State Government or an individual and it is none of these. It can not have the Rights of an individual because the persons that make up the company either, ‘multiply their Rights and have the Rights of 2 entities’ or “give up their ‘Rights to assume corporate/company Rights’ and can not be an American Citizen without American Rights.” The company in essence would become their Government because it has its own Rights. In this suit and written “Precedent” is what’s needed to reverse all un-Constitutional decisions, while maintaining the structure of ‘business’ and ‘Government’ America. The written “Precedent” is flexible enough to govern ‘Big Business’ while preserving everyone’s Constitutional Rights. At the Global level the Rights of Americans can be preserved with the Occupational Parenting Economy Amendment, when finished. The same Amendment provides initiative, incentive, and security in the preservation of the American Economy. To set the written “Precedent” without a Court decision is unprecedented, but in all, within the Supreme Court’s Constitutional Rights and any Court which shall make a decision upon anything within the written “Precedent” by the written “Precedent. A “favorable decision” or a settlement in this suit decides that America will stand without military action. An unfavorable decision, guarantees that America will not stand as a land recognizable to the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution built on it, without military action. MvD 80) My Rights under the preamble of the Constitution of the United States America have been grossly and blatantly violated. These acts have occurred in the feeding frenzy of big business and the depreciation of the knowledge of the Constitution. Aforesaid acts are as follows:
MvD 81) Services to the public and public services were not at all for the good of the public. I received no Client Centered Service in the decision to devolve my home, neighborhood, town and Country. I serve all of these diligently. Subject Tech Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital and United Services did devolve my home without credible knowledge of the service I claim above.
Dishonest Tech Talk never had, or lost focus of Client Centered Services.
There is too much at stake societally for any business not to have Client Centered Services, especially “mental health”.

Dishonest Tech Talk thought nothing of, nor inquired about the specifics of the stability I had established at home.
I have had legal issues with substance and physical abuse, due to an unstable house in the past. It was more than one house, but all of my homes have gradually gotten better. A stable home and service to the public were most recently, and over the past 18 years, my first concerns, but now my Subject Tech Talk Treatment Program and this legal issue are.
MvD 83) The APRN at Subject Tech Dishonest Tech Talk Out Patient Behavioral Health thought only of her career when coercing me into the Subject Tech Talk Treatment Program that I now attend. I and my significant other were both told I would not be able to see my therapist anymore if I did not attend. The medication she has provided is now the only thing agreeable in our relationship. I do not know her well but she has stabilized me with medication and my therapist does whatever this same APRN instructs.
MvD 84) Confidentiality of one’s therapeutic life is more important than religion when maintaining therapy within the legal confines. My therapist shouldn’t even receive information that may effect/affect my treatment without my knowledge.
MvD 85) My therapist shared information with my significant other without a signed and dated Release of Information and attempted to get me to sign one after the fact. I did sign approximately 3 letters before refusing. She shared information as to her opinion of my progress, that she had not shared with me. She shared treatment information as well as discharge and termination information. She’s not a bad person and not even a bad therapist. I would like to return to her, if she will have me, as a stipulation of a settlement or win in this case. I do not wish to waist nine years of therapy at the crucial point when I was about to open up. She made a mistake, an illegal mistake and the decision to put me in Subject Tech Talk Treatment was based, at least, partially there on. My therapist definitely received information that effected/affected my treatment.
MvD 86) When concerned with possible confinement an opportunity must be afforded at length for a client to prove their stability.
When confronted with possible confinement, I was never given more than 10 minutes to prove the stability that I had established with Subject Tech Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital in over nine years of therapy. A stability that not even my therapist knew in full detail, at the time that I was going to choose to speak about more profound problems. I was also not afforded the time relevant to tasks used in determining stability.
MvD 87) No-one in society should be expected to perform a one-hour task in 10 minutes under duress in a most stressful situation. Certainly in the special case, that the result of such a task may result in the separation from their family.
My significant other bases the stability of our home on others perception of it. She asked me to have my therapist approve of some artistic texts that I sent to my brother and sister, whom are both artists. I sent the texts, at least 1 month perhaps 2, before they arrived back on my front door step for approval. I asked my therapist to help me arrange the order of the text which seemed to be missing content. She was distracted as I suppose I was, by the complaint email I sent to NAMI or the National Alliance on Mental Illness. I allowed the staff at Subject Tech Dishonest Tech Talk to view the email due to suspected legal ramifications. The very minimal event referred to in the email to was months after the texts were sent and which should have been of no concern. My brother and sister both know I’m a Science Fiction Action Thriller author and a poet. The work is sophisticated and must be explained line by line to some, but my brother and sister are both very intelligent and should have needed minimal explanation of the completed text. There is nothing irregular about the text except that they seem as though they did not receive them completely or timely. My significant other also ask me to have my therapist approve the fact that I exercise my Right to free speech aloud when working on material conducive to my website. My therapist approved the behavior with the compromise of volume. I’m quite sure my significant other experienced the behavior before when I was in college and not yet effected, to extreme, by Gulf War Syndrome. I will write more of the of the Gulf War Syndrome later in this explanation to set a precedent.
MvD 88) A person’s Right to privacy and to assume a good life must not be violated.
United Services entered my home with 2 armed police officers and I had no notice to prepare my daughter or my house for a visit of such a caliber. I’ve had no time to prepare anything except this statement and the like to the National Alliance on Mental Illness or NAMI. United Services violated my Rights in an extreme of prejudice that can not possibly be upheld in society. The prejudice spoken of here, is that they made my case special.
I had established justice, tranquility, and the good of mankind to my neighborhood, my town and most important of all, my daughter of over 18 years. They had no Right to, nor cause to violate my existence in such a way and could not possibly nor responsibly respond to all similar calls in the same way. They had no verification of the stability of my brother whom called after speaking with my sister. My brother was seeking advice for what in his mind was destabilization. He specifically told them I was not a threat to myself or anyone else and that they need not visit. He also did not give them my last name and they made an assumption. I know of at least 5 other Franigan. I had, had a Community Outreach Contact Person with them and nothing more in the last 4 decades. They did not even check with the Community Outreach Contact Person, whom would have verified that I am and was not a danger to myself or anyone else. They left my home with the assessment that I was stable but understandably nervous.
MvD 89) Peace, tranquility, and justice are all established over time with trust. The Constitution of the United States of America is based and endures upon this truth.
MvD 90) Every client, every citizen, must have the Right to know the fullness of any and all language/speech/processes which can lead to and/or explain any such confinement and the finances thereto/thereof, the same as any citizen has the right to know the constitution.
Medicine can-not exist if it holds clients/patients/citizens to one concrete belief for all. It can-not afford to disallow change in clients dependability, reliability, and over-all stability.
If a client is not allowed to leave the past, American Society has no future.
MvD 91) Afflicted with ADHD from a young age, I was put on Ritalin and my cognitive ability soared. I was in a stable and happy environment and had no problems, I also excelled in school, in the first cycle. I moved from the stable environment to a less happy one and began to abuse the Ritalin, then Cylert. The Ritalin and Cylert as part of the same cycle. Twenty years later I abused Ritalin again. My daughter had just arrived and I saw a chance to live again with the use of Ritalin which immediately turned to abuse like the immediacy of the abuse cycle before it, so I lost it again. in a 3rd cycle. The last episode of abuse was 18 years ago. At that time it was treating more than ADHD. I had contracted Gulf War Syndrome while in Desert Shield/Desert Storm/Humanitarian Effort. The illness sucked the soul out of me. I was drowning in extreme apathy and felt like the embodiment of death. Appearances of a fruitful life were highly deceiving and I could no longer think. I could not keep a job but with great effort I loved the people around me. That Love was enough to hang on. Struggling through life, I managed to do some good. My brother who had some luck with Adderall inspired me to request it from my recent APRN at Subject Tech Talkkimle. She happily prescribed an adequate dose as my tolerance is extremely high. Determined not to lose it or my Family this time, I have kept to it as prescribed for 9 months, with no signs of the immediate abuse in 2 former cycles. I now have 2 successful and this the final cycle. My cognitive ability is soaring as it did when I first took Ritalin and had a stable and happy home. I feel appropriate emotions and I Love them. I do not wish to return to that walking death of Gulf War Syndrome nor do I wish to be stupefied in the loss of my family or home. I am gaining as are the people around me. I have changed and utilize my Army taught discipline daily to keep an appropriate and happy focus on life. The consideration of abusing my medication is not even a part of my thought process. I have a website that is enhanced by my old but newly found cognitive ability. Inspired by my daughter, I hope like many, hope of their endeavors, that my website can one day change the world. The content of my website focuses on the importance that the American family, then all families, have in existence.
MvD 92) My therapist is accustomed to the “semi-life” show of my existence, which I had informed her was not my complete self on more than one occasion. She had made an adjustment to the more wakeful and lively person I had become the day I started Adderall. I had only one paranoid but very rational thought, and the paranoia surrounding it escalated to the Public Health Department. I’m quite sure that I did not involve them in any way. The piece about the Public Health Department is heresy from a conversation that I had with a representative from Subject Tech Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital. A conversation that I practically begged not to have due to this legal pursuit The violation to my home was that of paranoia as well. My therapist has to allow me to mend with perhaps one glitch, being as rational as it was.
MvD 93) My Adderall causes cognitive enhancement and diminishes cognitive descent. It also, as I have stated, lets me live. To take me off of Adderall at this point would be the same as saying, “Here, let see what you can do?” Then when I perform wonderfully, saying, “You better keep your small and unimportant place nigger.” The language is quite strong, but I’ve lived in this area since 1979 and have experienced such a sentiment before. I am not accustomed to using such language, but I’m feeling much despair. I mean to use term assertively.
Intent
MvD 94) I intend to settle out of court, and have this document recorded to that effect. I intend to settle all lesser lawsuits by the acknowledgement of this president.
I am asking for $3,500 from Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital and I am asking for $1,500 from United Services for the damages of the instability to the life that I have worked hard to establish and the interference to the career I am attempting to establish. So that I may no longer be a burden on the system of finances, which are very needed by those far worse off than myself.
If this president be not set. I still seek the financial award owed and the recording of the document.
Also, as part of the precedent, it should be known that to claim, “Someone replaced my vacuum,” is not paranoid. If I’m not allowed to say someone replace my vacuum with-out the threat of confinement, then anyone could replace my vacuum at any time leaving me without a defense.

MvD 95) Below is copy of the letter I sent to NAMI here in the surrounding area. In the letter. I remember introducing Subject Tech Talk Treatment as exactly that. I would like to think I wouldn’t introduce a suggested abbreviation like Tx, unexplained, but I guess I must take full responsibility because I’ve never known a computer to make an error like that.

MvD 96) My name is Midnight De’cryptohabitation Franigan. My Aunt Leana Help was or is, a leading figure with NAMI. The name Help may not even be the same by this day. I believe she may be a founding member of AMI.
MvD 97) I have been stable with Dishonest Tech Talk Out-Patient Behavioral Health for over 9 years. I recently displayed some paranoid behavior. Now, my APRN, Metake Self wants me to have my medication intake assessed at Subject Tech Talk Tx. The entire process was put into action by paranoid ideas around my existence. I have, not been, and, am not, a danger to myself nor am I a danger to anyone around me. I can explain all my thoughts to “known conception” and or “perception”. With all of the accusations, that led to Metake, to making the determination, no-one will inform me of specifics. The tings that I am aware of, are not outside of the norm. I sent some poetry and a story to my Brother and Sister months ago. They are both artists as I am, so I believed there would be no harm in the texts, months ago. That’s not a paranoid thing to do. What is paranoid, is that in the past couple of weeks, I believed our vacuum had been replaced by another that functions and looks slightly different than ours. It only triggered a thought process, that being, “I left the door unlocked with my, most valued of all things, Daughter, alone at home. Whether someone did, or did not, replace our vacuum with an older model or not, isn’t what’s important to me. I have, or have not, lost a vacuum, but losing my Daughter could be an ‘end all’ for me.” So, at my significant other’s request, I purchased additional, security cameras. Though a medication assessment could be in order, I’d really like to handle it with Metake. I do fear going to the Subject Tech Talk Tx, not due to paranoia, but a past propensity toward violence. In that setting or any setting, violence is the last thing I need in my life right now. Previously I’ve always had to establish my male presence among other, attempting Alphas. I am 50 years old now, with a hurt back and leg, And I’m, with much less patients for any such maneuvering.
MvD 98) I know my significant other, who is my Daughter’s Mother, is the one that brought the vacuum to the attention of my LCSW. I also know that she and my Daughter want me, to not engage in violence, more than I want to not engage in it. I also know my Brother and Sister contacted my significant other as to the texts of poetry and story telling. I know nothing else. I understand that the treatment is voluntary. The reason I acquiesced the request for the Subject Tech Talk Tx, is that my LCSW Xxxx Xxxxxxx fears that I will no longer be able to see her as a patient/client if I do not attend. I couldn’t bear to lose her in this way. Again, it has been more than 9 years. Ultimately, involuntary containment, may come of the accusations. Though, I know my accusers, I know nothing of the process by which they’ve accused me. Two workers from United Services, with 2 Putnam Police Officers showed up at my front-door for a wellness check, triggering the aforementioned series of events. Don’t I have any Rights as a mentally challenged American Citizen anywhere in the World, never-mind not having them, in my own home. At this time I am only seeking to stay with Metake and Xxxx . But, if I am coerced into the Subject Tech Talk Program. I will be seeking legal action. Does NAMI have Lawyers pro-bono? I am scheduled to start the Subject Tech Talk Tx at 8:00am on Thursday. MvD 102) It was stated in the Communication Towards Settlement, “And finally, if no-one believes my home’s “vacuum had been replaced or altered”, perhaps folks would think I was a little weird, and that’s exactly why Midnight, only mentioned it to Morning C Franigan, and Mid Adele Franigan, which would be the same as Horton telling 2 trusted friends.In my suit, those 2 trusted friends would be, the baby Kangaroo, and “Runaway Mayzie” when she was still an egg herself” hinting at the possibility that if Mayzie had been Parented properly, and given the dedication that every egg/Child deserves, she may have been born an Elephant-bird in the first place. In our generation this would be something ‘brand new’, but in days of old, the Elephant-bird had the reign of birds and dominated the land with the exception of very few predators. This Elephant-bird analogy, is to our Fore-Mothers/Fathers as well as the great leader of societies before them. “Under a Great Leader are Great Followers, and above Great Followers must be, even Greater Followers in the Lead, for Great Leaders and Followers, to be under.” America had a great but, bloody birth. And seeing, it’s umbilical cord was severed, which was OK in the sight of some but devastating to the sight of others, seeing as infection set in. So, this ‘newborn’, that America is, was forced to be a ‘Parent’ over-night. That Parent is the stoic bird, who told Midnight to sit on the egg, that will hatch, “Prayzie Mayzie”. The tree with Mayzie’s nest in it was a Redwood to Midnight’s perception, and he had great doubts in his ability to climb it and sit on the egg as America had requested, he do. As much as they requested it, they also, in near secrecy, scorned it. After, watching the egg come forth with his own eyes, America told him, there had been ban on eggs for him and all those who were vets, in the “Jungle of Nool”, and had been involved with the “Whoville Incident”. That is Desert Storm/Desert Shield/Humanitarian Effort, in Midnight’s suit. Upon hearing of the ban, after the fact, Midnight was grievously worried that the egg was with defect, for he, himself suffered great internal despair, as if trying to find his Soul/Spirit among 3 million clovers, after Vlad Vlad-i-koff had dropped it there. For this to have hope of any legal barring a reasonable definition of Spirit is needed. That reasonable definition is found on HomeKeeperU.com, with the Occupational Parenting Economy Amendment.
Spirit: 1. The event and knowledge and ability of the event where by there is an essential mass-correlation of Synergetic and Energetic happenings i.e. All things must work together with both living and non-living objects. 2 . The Essential Synergetic Spirit may be considered to be generated by every living being. 3. The synergy of the Spirit may exist in a confounding State or a State be tween compounding and confounding.
MvD 103) Midnight/Horton was, before the interruption trying to find his Soul/Spirit among 3 million clovers. Now please, be not deceived. Midnight’s Soul/Spirit is not a clover.The clover is Morning C Franigan and the speck is his medication Adderall. Midnight’s Soul/Spirit is a grain of sand. The clovers, curiously. grew in a dry and barren desert much larger than 100 miles wide, that’s just the size of the cloverfield. The desert was as wide as any technological equipment could track, and it went on from there to limits unknown. Horton had just not been the same since the cloverfield, in the “Whoville Incident”. He knew his Soul/Spirit still Existed, for he was alive, to get the request to sit on the egg, which is obviously Midnight’s Daughter, Mid Adele Franigan. Horton decided that whether the egg had grit from multiple grains of sand or not even one grain of sand, it would of course need Love and dedication, if the World is to see the the Elephant-bird ever again. While searching for his ‘most precious and needed grain of sand, he whispered to the egg that it had many, many grains, and the egg believed him. Little do readers know, is that Horton is never without his clover. It is that same, one individual clover, which was among 3 million, some said to be just like it. Some insects in the clover field said, “It is this one,” or “It is that one”, but Horton couldn’t be fooled, only one clover is his clover. Horton’s Love for the clover made him feel warm inside an out.
MvD 104) Now, the clover had grown weary of having the speck upon it. Sometimes the speck was far too loud, sometimes it was far too quiet, and above all it didn’t feel natural to the clover. Horton tried to keep the speck to himself and negotiate with the Mayor for tone and volume, for he couldn’t through away his clover, which had come to mean as much as the speck itself because still, it was the key to the recovery of his grain of sand.The clover allowed Horton to function without the grain, making it deceitful, that he could be without the grain. An Elephant, that has not a grain of sand, speck of dust, nor clover, is doomed, and any Elephant like Horton, is doomed without any one of the 3.
MvD 105) Though the clover, didn’t like the speck, Horton would not abandon his speck, for when he was with it, he felt like he had his sand and a fully restored oasis, with every type of vegetation formed in the replication of that one grain of sand. The speck wasn’t really Hortons grain of sand, but the Mayor of the town, with forests, deserts, jungles, savannahs, Franigan, fields, woods, swamps, oceans, seas, lakes, pounds, pools, cities, and farms, all around it on the face of the speck, also had fantastic navigators. These navigators were not like any in the Jungle of Nool, and could find a specific atom, in all of Space. Horton knew, along with the Mayor of the speck, and wondrous navigators, he would find his grain of sand and put it into replication, like that of his oasis. Horton and the Mayor with, solid communication had, all the whos, living in balance to, all the speck’s many features. And surely, if they could accomplish that, the clover, one day, would come to feel it was as natural as, the clover itself, when upon the clover.
MvD 106) Now, the nest that the egg initially sat in, had its charm, but was unfit for the egg, for there was too many other eggs in it, and bugs that bit some of the jungle animals and not others. They were of course no threat to the egg. Horton with his clover and his speck, tried to build a nest on one of the other baums of the same tree. The clover took to the nest, but not the speck. The new nest was difficult to maintain and cost way too much energy/synergy in the upkeep. Not only that, the Mayor on the speck had no first hand knowledge of incubating an egg. While he had the Whos hurry and scurry to figure out the best way to keep the egg warm, Horton argued for his own way, to keep the egg warm.
MvD 108) While they were distracted, other jungle birds, who wanted to make the egg their own, first put another egg in the new nest, to see if Horton would get confused. Horton did, not about the eggs but he about the specks. See, the 2nd egg had its own speck, when Horton tried to claim it, the egg, of course didn’t object, but the cunning birds did. Horton had been successfully incubating both eggs with his clover, as he had decided to do, when he found the obligation. The evil birds spawned saliva which slung, hanged, and spewed away from their beaks. They made loud and preposterous protest against Horton having any egg, “After all,” they said, “he stole from one egg and cares more for specks, more than he does any egg.” They were, in all, lying. Both the eggs were as warm as they, ever had been, and warmer. Only, during the preposterous protest, Horton noticed the second egg that they had placed in his nest, had a crack in it, and from within it came a voice, “I am unsure that You can warm me, for I am cracked.” So, Horton let the 2nd egg go back to them, who had placed it there, in the first place. The birds weren’t done. They tried to 1st take Horton’s clover with the egg, saying, “The egg and the clover belong together, but horton does not.” The Mayor wanted to stay with Horton no matter the outcome. Horton wouldn’t hear of the the separation. Front and center, he disproved every allegation of the birds, plus all those, the birds had gotten to join in. He defeated the bird’s foul intent, but had expended far too much energy to maintain the nest he had built with his clover, and though the clover was home to speck, the clover and Horton were without home. The Mayor, not wanting to be a 1st, 3rd, or 5th wheel, decided to remain quiet, and respect the position of the clover. And so, he quieted all the Whos in Whoville and around the entirety of the speck and they all remained that way for some time.
MvD 109) Horton thought, and thunk, and steamed, and stunk, when finally he had the answer. It was the clover. Certainly, the clover kept him warm, inside and out, and the birds weren’t crazy, saying the egg belonged with the clover. The clover was home to the speck. The clover was the answer, but it was small by comparison to the ‘jungle of Nool’, and even when compared to the ‘Redwood’. The clover was bigger than ‘both of those’ for Horton. If only he could make the clover realize it. He nuzzled, snuggled, and snuzzled the clover in his trunk. He prayed to the “Great Jungle Spirit” above, and in the soil of the ‘desert clover field’ as he spoke to the clover, in a nasaled and stifled voice. “I have seen my lost grain of sand, replicate in my oasis. I have heard the voices of ‘little ones’ and fiercely protected them, my ‘little one’. You are a warm and secure home to billions. You are mightier than the Oak, greater than the Redwood, though You are smaller than the Bonsai, and You are more Lovely than all the collections of them, everywhere. You’re really quite a bit bigger than the whole dang ‘Jungle of Nool’. But, You are, more than any of these, a grain of sand, and You’re even better than my lost grain of sand. That one that will replicate when we find it.” C tear ran down one of Horton’s cheeks, and another ran down the other. Horton’s trunk snouted a breath. His mouth gasped a sigh, as he slept forever after he would close only one eye. The one that was open stay on the egg, on the clover, with the night’s last voice, he longed for the Mayor, he longed for a choice. “Mayor! Can You hear me? Break not, our alliance”, but the speck on the clover, as if by vow, kept its silence. With an eye ever on, those things he should keep, while minding the “Great Jungle Spirit’, he knew sleep.
MvD 110) When Horton awoke the next morning sand in his eye, a new view, a new baum, a new nest, he did spy. Not just any nest, this was the best nest, so wide and when standing, came up to his chest. He looked for his clover, hysterical happy, his breath a bit foul, his few hairs a bit nappy. He heard the Mayor’s voice as loud as a, “Yopp!” “Hey Horton, You’re oasis, it starts where we flop. These flowers, they’re Your clover, all of Your first one. They make our new nest, and put Your egg in the Sun.” The “clover nest” bunched much and gathered perfect to fixtures, especially round the unborn chick. Horton’s words were excited and expressed strange mixtures, unaware of the hunters with thorns on stick. “The ‘Great Jungle Spirit’, my clover, my egg, I know, I’ll tell a story.” So Horton, started with a small part of one, then thought, “No, that’s too gory.” The Mayor with the navigator, making for a presentation. Horton spouting endlessly, given to speech with no, hesitation.
MvD 111) Horton sat carefully on the egg, as the weather did begin to change, and there were, new hunters, with new weapons, in new skies, all of them with new range. Through a terrible storm. It poured and it lightninged! It thundered! It rumbled! “This I must too, get through,” The poor elephant grumbled. “I wish she’d come back ‘Cause I’m cold and I’m wet. I hope that that Amerie bird doesn’t forget.” But America, by this time, was far beyond reach, All around the World, sometimes, in the Palm Beach. And having such fun, such a wonderful rest, Decided she’d never help Horton in nest! Now, Midnight did plea in this comparison, he asked friends and Family, who is the fairest in, all of this turmoil of greater design, who is in sound Spirit, sound Courage, sound Mind. So Horton kept sitting there, day after day. And soon it was Autumn. The leaves blew away. Midnight heard an answer, really just a peep, there’s much un-understood, we’re awake but asleep. And then came the Winter…the snow and the sleet! And icicles hung From his trunk and his feet. But Horton kept sitting, and said with a sneeze, “I’ll stay on this egg and I won’t let it freeze. I know that Congress is charged with Government appropriations, so I’ve decided to start my pursuit of funding with my Congressman. I have looked into grants and programs and found that everything relevant to my request, had fallen just short of what’s needed. An example is a grant to provide internet service but not to provide a website service. The website service that I provide to America is a needed solidifying force for a collective body as diverse as “We the People”. We meet every extreme of nationality, ethnicity, philosophy, and view. I am a true moderate and independent though I do vote for Senator Xxxxx Xxxxxx. I am able to and often write from the polar extremes of an issue to arrive at the most stable and reasonable solutions. I use a sensational style of writing because folks don’t always want a reasonable and stable solution. The sensationalism is like a sweet food and the content is to our health. In my dynamic writing style I stay to my 1st Amendment Right of free speech always considering the example set forth by Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. “shouting fire in crowded theater” when there isn’t one. I do no such thing. Still, I’m requesting more guidance.

Do their Rights make it so that I can’t converse with You about what technology found on the moon or Mars may be able to manipulate at a subatomic level. MvD 148) I think the Government fell victim to Technological Warfare years ago. The Courts had made some bad judgements, mostly due to intolerance and just not having enough information. In desperation, with a body of “We the People” more ignorant than themselves, made the decision to let corporate America defend us from this invisible enemy. The result of such has been more ignorance and not being able to express, “I think, I’m under technological attack,” or even that “I think, someone replaced my vacuum, without the threat of confinement.” Big Business wants to rule by personal wealth, image, Psychology, and Sociology. I want to be ruled by the Constitution, which is Scientific Law. It’s just not complete. Under the rule of Big Business we have gained more tolerance.
MvD 149) The courts are pretending to uphold Law, but right now they’re upholding the Rights of Big Business, as previously mentioned, that is personal wealth, image, psychology and sociology. The Supreme Court can simply decide we no longer have need to recognize the Rights of Big Business. They have become an enemy to Life, Liberty, and the Freedom of Speech. To reverse the decision to let companies have Rights, they only need stand on the Constitution and say we were wrong. And based on the Constitution we change our minds. It will set a new precedent that will effect ‘double jeopardy’ where as a Citizen can’t be tried twice for the same crime, so a Citizen will be able to be tried on the Evasion of Justice when enough information has been gathered to retry a case or suit. “Enough Information” will be determined by ‘the reason of an informed public or “We the People”. Anyone free by the standard of ‘double jeopardy’ before the new precedent, shall remain free. ‘Government should be in the business of governing’ and not ‘business in the government of business practice.
MvD 150) The Constitution is the key by which, Empires, Nations, and Countries never fall. The spread of democracy is not a necessity nor obligation of the American Government. If a people choose to be ruled by communism, socialism or any type of governing that works for them, they have the Right to be ruled in such a way. A government can not stand in the denial of Human Rights. America should always support Human Rights and that is not in the force of democracy. If another nation comes to democracy by education and the example of the American people, that is also their Right and choice. Some people are more ‘prone to’, and satisfied by sharing the wealth or state distribution of the wealth because of how they’ve always Existed. MvD 153) Midnight here, It is indeed a dark hour. A well adjusted individual in this, is really a bigger victim than he is in this “War on Technology” and “War on the Home.” I know one who displays the opposite psychology of what he was raised to. He was raised without abuse with much Love and affection. With that circle signal he could have been hearing (a) voice(s) her whole life, Influencing her other than how he was raised. The thing about the Human is they’ll believe any invisible force that can predict what will happen to them if they say anything, but that same Human would not hear psychotic voices and present normal in every other way. Psychotic voices are a manifestation of other turmoil in person’s being. Those problems would display in erratic and irrational behavior. If someone is hearing voices without un-normal behavior it’s probably that circle signal. Because the signal is like multiple discs it can reveal on either side of a solid object. Like the LED lamp in FT Knox, if a board was placed in the opening, the signal of one computer is speaking to another computer one of them being the Human brain. Now every-one’s spheres or in this case circles are different. Like DNA is individual, everyone’s output which is also input with the Human element. MvD 158) I know someone who’s Child was taken on a Prediction to Neglect. Having Your Child taken is a fate worse than incarceration and You are innocent until proven guilty. In this “War on the Home”, how many Families has DCF successfully kept together. The goal of the Occupational Parenting Amendment is to Keep Families together, not tear them apart.
MvD 159) Someone my partner knows, was amidst medication abuse 17 or 18 years ago and he never once neglected his Child. the Child was sung to, read to, hugged and cuddled, taught and informed, diapers changed, well fed, attended to when the baby woke, and gently patted on their diapered butt until they fell back to sleep. Each new Alpha must be more skillful than the last or the band will devolve, and eventually dissolve, over time their fruitful environment has depreciated and they may take to the conquering of other bands. MvD 173) Now, I’ve never carefully observed gorillas. I base this hypothesis on the basest of Human behavior, which I have no doubt, influences and is influenced by animal behavior. The wild animals will remain wild, but find their own, satisfactory level of civility, because the Command Specie, which is the Human Specie finds its own satisfactory, exhilarated, and or accelerated level of civility. The auxiliary relationship between a Command Specie and its lower animals must be lead by the Command Specie or that same Command Specie will be replaced. Neither gorillas or any other animals will feel the need to evolve beyond their station in life just because the Command Specie is evolving. A gorilla like a dog, cat, hippopotamus, giraffe, serpent, and even insects of all kinds, simply need to know, it’s “Good” to be me, and it is the Command Specie’s duty to make it so. MvD 178) That being recorded for annals of history, Your job is to, chaperone, this hideous beast. By doing what is reasonable to do. I’ve started the habit of asking all businesses if they claim, company/corporate rights. I know they don’t have Rights, but for some reason, they think/feel, that they do. So when I can obtain the answer to that question, I will not patronize any company or business that claims Rights for their facility. If they do claim Rights and perhaps honestly, prove to me, if necessary, that they use those Rights, “only have them taken or acquiesced ASAP, for the good of our Nation and its future, which is, today, the future of the World. The employees that I asked recently, had no idea, if the company they work for, claims Rights. They could be jeopardizing their American Citizenship to work for a foreign government, on American soil. I don’t know how the Earth hasn’t swallowed them completely yet. GOD must favor them for some reason, at least that’s what the back of the “dollar bill” reads. (He/GOD/Providence/Earth has/does Favored our undertakings i.e. GOD is Blessing and will continue to Bless for as long as IT (GOD) can respect our “Free Will”. MvD 182) Hi it’s me again. Midnight calls me Doc. Speaking of Midnight, sound asleep, and I’m just going to keep it that way for now. Big day in Court tomorrow and I’m working on my argument for “small claims” medical malpractice. I’ve tried to make the suit acceptable to everyone involved, Everybody gains something, except some indulgences, that should have never been. Someone receiving anything in excess of a million dollars is outrageous. And being paid in excess of $200,000.00 for a lost pinky-finger is just as bad. An index finger should $500.000 with occupational therapy should be acceptable. The permanent loss of a finger-nail is ‘small-claims”. In my opinion worth 2 or $3000.00 and the tip of an index finger at $5000.00 with occupational therapy. Improperly set broken bone… $5000.00 with occupational therapy. The million, for botched plastic surgery is for a Super-Face Model and for You and I, not making a living with our face from $1000.00 to $500,000.00 if our appearance is that of “The Man without a face. Anything more is our Super-ego, ego-id vanity. The Super-Face Model’s occupational therapy must prepare her for a job, with a comparable income to what she was making. Now, I know this won’t be popular, but the high dollar cost medical malpractice should not put it out of the range of ‘small claims’. I know my numbers aren’t quite correct, but the point is just as valid. My suffering, and it has been a lot, is worth $5000.00 from each institution, but I scaled it to the appearance of each institution, Dishonest Tech Talk Hospital and United Dishonest Tech Talk, Inc. Mental and emotional anguish should never be more than $10,000.00 dollars because as long as the relevant institution puts an end to the suffering, You will have gained mental and emotional, scar tissue and strength. We are monetarily subsidizing overgrown vanity in the scheme of real life value. That is my unprofessional opinion, and I outright oppose Big Business’s position in the American value. There must, though, be justice to a multi-billion dollar company’s reckless or wreckful behavior. More money is not the key. The company must show insurance that its numbers/members are indeed in touch with humanity. If they can not insure such Human/Animal security from their Existence the Court and “We the People” must regulate them further than the self-imposed regulations in the correction of the written “Precedent”.

They will eventually, have documents that precede them, but I want You to have the chance to read it before my big Court date. These are the poetic text and short story excerpt that initiated my undue and careless suffering. I still want You to consider them after my loss of popularity with the unprofessional opinion about “medical malpractice”. In our minds, although, ‘out of practice’ is the ability to accept only part of an idea, statement, or even accusation, while rejecting other parts. We have the power of ‘Line Item Veto’, to everything we hear or take-in with our senses. Most/many do not utilize this needed Human power to, ‘righteously’ progress, ‘in good measure’. This all or nothing mentality cause us to be without real reason, but rather some half cocked/half horse-shit. Existence. Why does the opinion that, “President Donald J Trump, is an asshole,” have to come with the denial that everything he says and does is wrong? We miss-out on 1 or 2 great values, to disown the 9 bad values that accompany them. Over time the missed values are in the 100s or 1000s, and it is by that ‘cognitive distortion’ that we ascribe, ‘right and wrong’, ‘good and bad’. Then were living far too distorted to contribute to Liberty’s and justice’s order. We contribute wholly or mostly to the chaos of Existence, when our most inward self cries out for justice and reason. If You’d like to comment, please do. I wrote this text about Life and Death, with all the realms of possibilities, touch upon, 78 days after the loss of my older/big Sister. She Loved poetry and, at one time, had dreamed of becoming a poet. In this Lifetime, I hope to fill the legacy of her aspiration.
MvD 185) January 26th 2019 That last text was supposed to be “I’m spread a little…” But not hearing from You in a couple of days has me a bit anxious. I tried to think of reasons I should be apologizing to You that aren’t just reciprocating. I thought of my “supposed to be inspirational” belief about mind and Spirit over body. I in no way intended for You to feel like You are slacking in my eyes. I tried to convey my respect for Your disease in my narrative to Christine, but am now considering it was terribly arye in Your eyes. I do apologize for missing the mark on that occasion as well. Finally I’d like to apologize for not always committing Your words of appreciation to heart and mind. That being said I don’t wish to reverse anything I’ve said but wish to say it better. What for You seems like my rationalizations are for me realizations.
MvD 186) Aforesaid minor consideration as follows. Sometimes I can’t immediately know why I feel this way or that way, but I do know I trust my feeling as much if not more than my speculations and cognitive awareness. I’ve learned from experience that my feelings are a better safe guard to unpleasant reality than my thoughts. In short I don’t feel something without a reason for it. My Spirit, not always in the most timely manner, translates those feelings to my brain. In 50 years, I’ve learned to trust the process that I have laboriously fit. I now, know why I felt that you weren’t reciprocating adequately making our relationship for me disingenuous. You feel the sincerity of your appreciation but for reasons I’ve offered up, I wasn’t receiving the sincere appreciation. Schizo meaning separate, cleave, divide and affective is of the feelings or emotions. There was a day when moderately medicated my extremely sensitive affect demanded explanation.The affect being induced through a particularly negatively associating part of my brain. The negative affect spawned negative and not reality based thoughts to develop into assumptions and then definitives about my life and specific circumstance

MvD 187) of my life, no more grounded in our shared reality than the first minor consider and explanation for the extreme, negative, and powerful affect. The aforesaid minor consideration’s fanning effect with every induced inconsistency to the normal flow of others’ behaviors adding unreal weight to the building considerations. The induced inconsistencies to Loved ones and strangers alike, speech and language as well as flintches, stares, glances, pauses, and rhetoric from my own thoughts.
MvD 188) The induced inconsistencies were sometimes totally un-aware behaviors of the subjects performing them. Saying things like, “If I get into trouble Loretta will get into trouble too” having no memory of the speech and language, the subject was induced to say. Others may have some knowledge or needful thing in the balance but in no way knowing the effect the behaviors, speech or language, sometimes words exacting of my supposedly, private, prior and truth seeking thoughts.
MvD 189) Over these past 24 or 25 years since the peak of the original psychotic episode, I first learned that courage and strong determination and conviction of my own intentions would lend less power to the unseen aggressors. I learned to make absolute of my thoughts and feelings, what were (was) of me and what was induced of someone else. Until finally, with the long and hard sought belief in a GOD that would allow these such invasions on all and every aspect of my existence, but still have reason, compassion, and reward (while still in) (for) the mental and sometimes even physical inflictions. Reasons for the violations, and magnificent hardships upon my person and most treasured under GOD ITSELF, my Family. (Hostile interventions) (invisible, torturers) threatened to destroy my most Loved Family bonds and bring its existence to null. I would not, in any way, hear of it and questioned if GOD could and did Love me in a time that my suffering was in-Human, invisible to IT, and believed it to be of my own shortcomings. Now I, believe that IT, or (GOD)

MvD 190) Does Love me and Loves those whom I Love. Only GOD as I now know IT will not stop the Free-Will of myself or any and all others. Free-Will is the first and last consideration for a people, even Human-kind to choose that life is Good and therefore I want, choose, and strive to Exist. Of that same Free-Will one may choose that life is despicable, wretched, and whoring to the privelidged and better endowed. I choose not to Exist and for Existence not to Exist.
MvD 191) Some see that others’ have more than they do, when they don’t deserve it. And sometimes that’s true. So they blame GOD or Existence, because such injustice can become systematic. Forgetting every system is One of Several individuals, with Free-Will. Instead of talking to the 3 or 4 like themselves as well as sympathizers, in the system. They curse everything around such a system as well as themselves, when cursing the system
MvD 192) And, if that sounding becomes so loud and its smell so wretched as to repulse the Heavens themselves, the Universe shall not Exist. Great and unimaginable woe be upon them who by Free-Will brought ITS persons and their lives to such a State.
MvD 193) Time is slow, difficult and long, to pass as ‘corrections spin in trial and error’ never taking the fullest grip, due to the murders of those, who bear the corrections e.g. Martin Luther King Jr., John F. Kennedy, Abraham Lincoln, Malcom X, Jesus the Christ. It’s a nasty Human habit from day’s of Christ’s murder.
MvD 194) But, I do not worry, because to and through the deepest and most desperate State of Oblivion there shall be even one converted voice, piping I choose to live and know it is Good.
MvD 195) The system hasn’t failed so badly, that even 1 more, wants to live. And, if there’s that 1, then perhaps, there’s the 2nd, 3rd and 4th voices, maybe there’s sympathizers in the failing system.
MvD 196) And Oblivion shall be undone as life and Free-Will flourish one Universe and from it Infinite and Eternal parallels to even the Dimensional Space Continuum and GOD of these evers feels all that ITS inhabitants feel of Love and of Hate.
MvD 197) GOD or the Perfect Order Inthe Universe, feels, because of those things, in all of perceivable Existence and beyond, that feel, Love, Hate, and the spectra of confusion, between, when the perfection of order, is chaotic, effecting/affecting the Human and Animal Elements, and the Human and Animal Elements effecting/affecting the chaos. The objective order of leader’s and Scientists is of no effect, pools in one place/Space.
MvD 198) And IT thinks with all of the thoughts of the same inhabitants, thinking it is Good or it is Bad, or it is dumb and blind as well as ingnorant. For they may Freely choose their thoughts and Freely govern their emotions. And who would violate such Freedoms as GOD ITSELF dare not alter, for the day that IT does it is an oppressor and tyrant and no GOD/god at all.
MvD 199) The more the chaos spreads and/or pools, The more difficult it becomes to feel ordered and Loving or any good thing. Chaos can be a good thing unless it is un-minded. We choose the order or chaos that we perceive, objectively we are of no effect. Subjectively we are ruled beneath the chaos. But, if we are ob/subjective and sub/objective, each to their own time in a corrective measure. We order the chaos.
MvD 200) So, I was shown these things by GOD and many others and I know that only if my life remain within and married to ITS Perfect Order, still unseen by the lowly, I shall see, and believe, and rejoice beyond my lowly State.
MvD 201) We can hit rock bottom and not have a fucking prayer in the World for us. If we are with reason we can’t be without reason and if we are with emotional control, we can’t be emotionally defeated.
How shall I grow tired of this in an Eternity of Eternities. I know that it is possible.
MvD 202) Perceivable Existence is awe-full and awe inspiring until we can find no reason for reason anymore and no comfort in any/all emotions. Then perceivable Existence can seem awful, but it’s not. We will perceive another day and the gravity of our order, chaos, objectivity, or subjectiveness will be our vehicle.
MvD 203) Where my Free-Will shall take me tomorrow, I know not, but only what it is for me today, IT knowing that if I shall curse Free-Will and

Motions declaring its immortality shall have been never seized by me and all the likes of me but I only seized and ceased my own own GOD-given immortal soul and the realization shall compel in me a soul renewed. And I shall again be with Living and Fruitful Portion of GOD for IT encompasses and engulfs the whole of Creation and un-Creation.
MvD 205) I am a Complete Christian. I do not buy into that muder as salvation shit, but do believe in our immortal souls. I do not believe in the immortality of old, where large persons, Zeus, Apollo etc. perhaps visitors to man, may have Existed in thousand year spans. Thousand year spans are fine. If we don’t cheat Science or each-other to do it. Our vehicles, the bodies that get us through the day/night and from place to place, continue to do so after we die here. We have order, chaos, objectivity, and subjectivity a mix of all of these is good and then the timing has to be appropriate and functional to a destination, to progress, and to improvement.
Energy does not create or destroy itself. It only converts itself, by the use of Synergies, compounding, and confounding in their whole spectrum of spherical measures. Human, Animal, and Plant Elements in the Energetic-Synergetic happening Existence do create Synergies.
MvD 206) I believe that. I believe a photo graft takes part of our Souls/Spirit, but they are gifts of Existence Eternal, Infinite, and Immortal. Therefore, I do not fear having my picture taken. My Spirit/Soul will replenish. And if, the entirety of it seem to be sucked away in a single swallow. The Infinitely multiple Universes, of the Dimensional Space Continuum knows my Spirit’s/Soul’s make and model, its build will be on the fly. Time can be irrelevant outside of the physical form and a Universe may have it made again before I die. Whether You believe in Heaven, Hell, reincarnation, cosmic absorption, nothingness, everythingness, or oblivion, they will all be true to where/how we leave/go. What we ‘come to’, change to, show, and know. They will all, everyone of them submit to Synergetic/Energetic transfers.
MvD 207) Shall I this time stay true to that which is truth and my Spirit have in me such maturity to stand Eternal. So does Oblivion and Hell score and scour even the memory of Existence leaving only the knowledge and reach of un-Existence. But, Hell hath not the power to be nor know it the Free-Will in said power. It only knows Hatred and loathing and selfishisness and greed, belittlement and debasement and all other prospects that un-be. It keepeth itself prisoner by the abundant allowance of these and not light nor shadow of better. But be it one of its prisoners to force it to look upon what it knoweth not nor has understanding of. And by all diabolical manner of selfishness it releases not the strange prisoner until they, the prisoner, have brought a tear from GOD of Hell’s and Oblivion’s discontinuity and they are again undone and captives thereof freed to rediscover what they once and already knew.
MvD 208) That part of GOD that is Hell and Oblivion is the most confused of all prisoners. It is not a physical man or woman, high in the clouds and no-one is able to call themselves those things , Hell or Oblivion.. They are, ‘forces that the Human imagination can not fit, but a Human lost in them need only let them know of Existence for one weeping moment to find Life again. If I were trapped in my station by Hell and Oblivion. I would have long ago found my success.
MvD 209) Let not the voices that surround Your doings cry, “Bad and Unjust is the World I know. Let them not find themselves without reward for the work of their abilities. Let them not be kept debased of futile and begrudged labor. But, Let them say, “I agree Sister/Brother life is Good for we being charged with all the life beneath us have made it that way. Praise be to GOD and ITS OWN Consciousness of all the life and happenings in this our Home, the Dimensional Space Continuum, its matter being the Body of GOD and Perfect Order even of Free-Will be ITS SPIRIT and our behaviors ITS BLOOD. In continuous discovery of the infinite and Eternal degrees of knowledge and understanding between us, Human-kind and

the ever increasing Annewity of our Maker and Keeper.
MvD 210) So, I guess this is saying that GOD or Perfect Order In Le’ Universe is a real perceivable Existence. We will be just as Real and more-so, if we govern like its perfection, in which there is always some chaos. The Human Element that finds happiness in that, which they govern, will find a perfect fit in the Universe and they will not grow tired of Perceivable Existence. Those whom, do not want happiness in their governing or in their charge will grow weary/tired of perceivable Existence, only making them more un-happy and they will have disturbance in the Human Graduated Home or HGH. The same may feel cheated by the Universe, and may have been, GOD put this World here to take care of that shit, To straighten the person and unbend Hell, then the World is worth its place in perfection. The more we learn of our Existence happier we’ll be, but leave room for perfect anger, for perfect sadness, and perfect fear, or we’ll leave such things behind and be vulnerable to them.
MvD 211) Of ITS recursive successions and of ITS Faith of wonders Infinitely set within and beyond our meager and limited Human ability to fathom even the first non-beinning of a substantial Infinity, its uncontained and not looping ever-after that continues in structure, Eternal. May we begin and end with Faith. Please, Perfect Order In Le’ Universe let me remain unshaken by Your Awesome and Awful Existences. But, be my medication religiously taken and in subordinate quiverings, deceptively small and Human. Others lack of Faith, potentially lethal to the methods, progress, and directions of cocky, comfortable, and well-known practices.
MvD 212) To understand GOD, the Dimensional Space Continuum and beyond, is not SIN. Quite reasonably, the more we know the Universe, the better we can navigate it, and it’s the same with GOD and the Self. Ignorance may get us stuck in all the properties of ignorance, frustration, surrender, falsehood of being that which we don’t even know, fire, the inability to tolerate, deceptive illusion, trickery, victimization, anger and affliction. If we don’t understand the infinite and eternal structure of GOD, of our Existence, we may get lost in eternal negative motions, believing that we haven’t even moved. I think and write much better with my medication. It keeps the Gulf War Syndrome Disease from, laying me waste as it can and has often done. Therefore it is a crutch. I don’t wish to ever be without my medication but I do wish, not to be dependant on. If I could find adequate function without my medication. The medication is still going to better my performance, no matter how many times I graduate the definition of adequate. That’s what medication does. Training keeps us from our “Industrial” crutches, and there are many of them. How many of us could live “Tribal” if we had to? How many can go without television or streamed music and for how long? Weapons (guns) are an industrial crutch, a huge one. I Love them, most every model, but take them away and a younger Shaka Zulu would kick our fucking asses, after our own Government takes our guns away. Let’s hope, the “Tribals” are not set to war against us and we be easily defeated. I hope the “Tribals” like women and Children, because that’d be their only hope of Existing after all of us men were filleted in our Industrial Human apathy and laze. And, with the Human Spirit dying, it’d just be good entertainment on some fucking “reality TV show. We believe we are the World’s finest and we’re really just sitting ducks to the hungry and ambitious of the World. We’re the bottom of the barrel because we’ve known “Industry” and “Industry” alone for too long, without concern for other modes/ages of, Human Existence and have done nothing but marvel at ourselves for it.
MvD 213) The Occupational Parenting Amendment Proposal will have “Tribal”, “Pre-Industrial”, “Early Industrial”, “Desert Living”,”Space’ and ‘colonization’ ‘training”, “Jungle’ and ‘Arctic’ ‘training”. They will all have degrees of difficulty and be absolutely optional for a reasonable span of Industrial Human disparity. These training tours/cycles will be where Parents and Families make their real money and receive increases. The Occupational Parent gets a significant raise with every cycle graduated. “Tribals” like-wise will have an exchange and cycle into “Industrial” Existence. The day before yesterday the magistrate, whom I refer to as, Your Honor or Judge, decided she needed a month to come to a decision. MvD 230) Someone said to me that “Water is not a signal.” Everything that Exists is a signal at some point of atomic or subatomic manipulation. Wah-la, a coffee cup, or Human body, something we can pick up and easily, manipulate. Sound can be said to be a wave or the interference pattern. When 2 sound’s waves cross each other are distinct but become 1 interference wave with 2 distinctions. With the 2 sounds in the same wave. 3 sounds = 1 wave, 4 sounds = 1 wave 5, 6, and etc sounds, 1 wave. Easily disturbed, diminished, or amplified, by an object of particles but difficult to manipulate as if it was (were) play-dough. Sound is not easily seen but is easily effected by distance and other sound’s volume, to our perception. Still 1 big interference wave. It’s all relative.

MvD 233) Recently there has been the discovery of the Higgs Boson or (God particle), I believe is smaller than the electron. Every time we say we’ve discovered the smallest particle someone finds something smaller. If I’m not mistaken the Higgs Boson or (God particle) is involved with how Electrons, Protons and neutrons come together to form objects and waves (signals) as well. At some point perspectively, every wave is an object and some other perspective where every object is a wave. If the water from my pool can be viewed, slow enough, fast enough, big enough, or small enough particles turn into a wave (wave water). If we could put a hollow or an empty space in the frequency of the wave, like the pool that forms behind any object we can place in the flow of water or an (eddie), we could fill it, or expect that it would fill itself in the constant recreation or every particle/wave in Perceivable Existence. Everything is being constantly recreated in our reality. Every particle of every wave is only in our Perceivable Existence for an unperceivable fraction of time. Though ,the fraction of time, is unperceivable it is a constant flow through our reality, therefore we can make-out objects and sounds. The (God particle) has some instruction for the Electrons, Protons and Neutrons as to how it will fill empty space or the eddie, behind an object placed in the flow of a river or our reality. If such an empty space is surrounded by the molecular H2O, the Higgs Boson and other particles like it will produce H2O to fill it. No miracle or wonder there. Our reality is also taking on more water as a result of what the (God particle) is instructing the emptiness to be filled with.
MvD 234) So, if my skimmer on my pool has little or no suction but the viewing chamber on the pump is full of H2O activity more water can be, being produced after the skimmer and before the pump. Who would have the ability to effect my pool in such a way? They’d have Tricknology or equipment that can manipulate at the subatomic or atomic Existences. When ever I think of how a signal is getting to me. I just think ‘satellite contracts though it may be a multitude of different opportunities.

That’s never more important than at Home. The Human, Animal, and Vegetation are Elements. I predict that there’s a gravitational attraction to contact and sharing the attractive force is a gravitational attraction to repulsion. No, but You should know we’ll be able to exact the legal system from physical LAW and physics, it should be called physicskull LAW, in which physics will become Rules. there will be a ‘1 mass Electron’ with a ‘2 charge’ and a Gravitational Attraction to Repulsion Neutron or GARN to accompany it and a permanent Positron as well. The GACN or Gravitational Attraction to Contact Neutron that will hold an additional ‘1 charge’ half that of the ‘2charge Proton’, as will be the relation-ship of the ‘1 mass Electron’ and the GARN. Some People-Per/Suns will carry up to ‘9 particles’ and others ‘6 particles’ rather than ‘3’. The planet will have us beat with ’12 particles’ that we’ll catch up to. All natural bonds will be covalent bonds with atoms of pure negative and positive charges in ‘6’ out of ’12 particles’. Which will make for amazing Astronauts, Cosmonauts, etc. Eventually Humans will be able to control the orbits and exchanges of there particles.

Hello readers????
I don’t know if anyone is going to getting this. But maybe. I had written if You stop hearing from me, it would probably be from “Big Business Rights”. I don’t want You to believe that’s the reason You haven’t heard from me and certainly to never believe it’s the sole reason. I get my VA benefit and my Social Security and that hasn”t stopped. I have felt no real threat from, Big Business, except, maybe some hand in the decision that went against me me in my claim. I received an unfavorable decision. A real letdown from the Government. It shows a total lack of Constitutionality.
I’ve been been able to muster a couple articles about reopening a small claims case but not with any consistancy. I’m simply going to file again on the E-File option this time. Perhaps not as small claims, which could be a reason that I receiveed the decision that I did. It could be 100 others errors on my part. If I am able to E-File, it should reduce the number of mistakes that I can make.
I haven’t gotten back to the “Spherical Set E-Law Human Earth” or the Occupational Parenting Economy Amendment Proposal, and Midnight, being kind of bummed out with me hasn’t finished the “7 Zero Perspective math”, because we’ve been a little depressed about the decision. I think more than that though, I was keeping to the composition of them at the forfeitture of what’s really more important and that’s, the Home and Parenting. I’m going to try to get that 1st priority in my Life again, with the refiling of the claim. When those are tight and squared away, I will get back to the other things that are important as well. As much as I Hate, I also hope someone has taken notice of my work and done some of their own from it. As long as it goes to the benefit of my Home and myself as well as the one or group completing the work it will be good. If not to mine and my Home’s benefit it will be bad.
I still say Business has, ‘so called’ Rights, but they are certainly serving as superior to my Rights at this time. I say they’re ‘so called’ because of my Constitutional Rights. You may not beleive You have have them, but they are Naturally Existing or GOD-given. How well a Govenment observes that is how good its relationship to the people will be and how well they will serve the Space Aged need. Our Solar System’s Space is recognizable and governable by the space all around and created by the Human Element. The better the Human Element is Governed, the clearer our way to “Planet X” and all the other planets, also the more comfortable and Alien free the Space Stations will remain. Our Space/space greatly determines what we see and inter-act with as well as the didstance we’ll be able to travel and the time it will take to get there. Let our Government welcome us into the Space Age with the recognition of the United States Constitution with the “Occupational Parenting Economy Amenmdment, here in America. We won’t let them down except when it’s time to, and gently so.
