I wrote, what may seem to some, an arrogant defense of the Right to bear arms and called it “irrefutable.” Irrefutable also, is that gun laws will effect each Nation differently, because You have to come from somewhere to get to where You are and You can’t be at some place further along a continuum without getting there. So, You can’t be at work without going there and You have to have gone there, by some method, to be there.

I’ve read this article about someone’s idea of a perfect country, Japan. Thery have extremely strict gun control laws there and the writer figures America could shine by taking their example. The article is called:

“How Japan Has Almost Eradicated Gun Crime”.

The writer points out that there were only 6 gun deaths in Japan in 2014 and the Police only discharged their weapons 6 times (I assume, in the line of duty) in 2015. Japan is not America. That seems as obvious as a quote that I grew up with, “Wherever You go, there You are. America and Japan are in different places, more than just geographically. If you want to buy in to Japan’s idea of gun control, You have to know it won’t work without everything that contributes and has contributed to it’s success. Maybe a Japanese (citizen?), (Yamato?), (nikkiejin?), I apologize for my ignorance. Maybe the Japanese don’t think of oppression the same way Americans do. Because of Spherical-turnaround, I know there is a time when oppression is desirable. When we raise our Children, we have to do it in oppression or the Child will know no discipline. But, by the time the Child progenerates their independence there should be no need of oppression. Also as and American, I think that when Governments oppress, without the need to oppress, it is simply tyranny. I may have to check myself with the definition of Spherical-turnaround on the “Work And Liesure-Quotes” page. Some of my ignorance may be showing there, as well. I owe it to the reader to be honest when I an in ignorance of a topic or definition. That doesn’t necessarily mean I’m wrong.

The article inspired 2 new quotes;

“A person who will do anything to keep the peace cares nothing about Liberty.”

“The statistics of Nations will absolutely display a Nation’s concern for the definition of numbers.”

If a nation can be absolutely be defined by numbers, I don’t want to, and would have no need to ever go there. I could simply lay it out in my back yard, by the numbers. On the dawn of Midnight’s Perspective Math, I really do believe that every phenomena in physical Existence can be defined mathematically, but at what cost. Some things are too embedded in and around physical Existence to know the numbers and their constant change. I wouldn’t want to have to calculate my ‘Love Ratio’ to family members and then Family to persons in each of the graduations of Home after 5. First off I would have the time to engage “Human Graduated Home”, because the calculation and its changes would take all of my time. Then, it’d be tough to know if I was effecting/affecting the numbers or if the numbers were effecting/affecting me. It is simply a slippery slope to live by the numbers.

So, when I read the boast of 6 gun deaths, I 1st, have to wonder about other deaths, strangulation, stabbing, drowning, dismemberment, hit and runs, even bombings. There’s nothing in the article to suggest that they don’t have mass murder, it’s just not with a gun. Is everyone even able to imagine a mass knifing. It is encouraged to achieve the rank of ‘black-belt’, in the Japanese culture, according to the reading, how many are just beaten to death in comparison to America. Also, if the Japanese learn martial arts from the time they can walk and our Government takes away all of our guns, what would the 2 populations Warring against each other look like? Not good for the Americans. As a matter of fact, guns are our only liberty that keeps us from having to learn martial arts, from the time we can walk, for our safety in a World, in which other nations do, learn martial arts from the time they can walk. Learn guning safety from the time we can walk, is much less time consuming and usually the better of the 2 in a fight.

I hold a rigid belief about maintaining a population. If there isn’t a constant mind on birth and we all stay so concerned with no-one dying, inevitably folks have to start thinking along the lines of War because everyone is so damned safe and in the mood for Love. The previous sentence targets more of a need to speak about population nearly every time we mention ‘saving lives’. It certainly wasn’t to say that saving lives is a bad thing.

I’m going to end this blog with the “Irrefutable Argument for the 2nd Amendment”, by 1st stating, America is not Japan, our histories, our people, and our genetics are different. Even if we are successful as a World and our futures are similar, they will have become so from different angles/pursuits/pasts of this present day. I’d also like to point out, that time is a component of Spherical-turnaround, meaning sometimes it can be near the only catalyst of a turnaround event. A nation with no guns in it, but only the knowledge that they Exist, will if remaining a nation, possess 1, and if 1 then more, high-speed projectile weapons. “Because I can”, is a Psycho-Sociological ‘Human Law’, by any other terms the same. Because it is true, the only weapon against it is not, what our parents have practiced, it’s actually the opposite. Sociological knowledge and problem solving, cures the event by which, “If a sociological body of Humans can do something, one or all of the body will eventually do it.” Time is forever in this consideration and even if, by knowledge, we give everything we can do, time and place, forever dictates that the time and/or place will come about for one or, some fraction, or the whole body. Our Parents way was to keep us in ignorance of what we could do. It has given way to an extreme of ‘Parent Power Hoarding’ the has almost undone our specie. Now that, “Irrefutable Argument.”

Irrefutable Argument for the 2nd Amendment

The very same pictures used to argue for the abolishment of guns can be used to keep them. That’s because there is no argument. Looking at horrific pictures and possibly living in Klingon Space for all we know, I can’t understand how any American can think that we shouldn’t be teaching ‘gun safety’ and ‘ownership’ to every American. We can teach Children to not hit each-other with stones, but we can’t have them get rid of all the rocks on Earth. The problem is not with rocks/guns, we call them weapons in the Army. The problem is in what we teach our Children. We don’t have to always agree, but we do have to be able to live with our differences. Occupational Parenting will teach, “There is always a bigger enemy. Killing/murdering them does not change their view nor that of the next enemy, but it does change their behavior. Changing their view, will change their behavior, as well.”

E Pluribus Unum teaches us that we live on a World with different views. So enemies, in some scope border each other. This was never more true than in America. The reason America has Existed for 243 years, is a US Constitutional Legal System in which any and every one may bear arms. Today it seems that we’re trying to get rid of both, Constitutional LAW and the guns/weapons.America will not stand.

In the US v. Native American Holocaust, we see what happens when just the military is allowed advanced weaponry. I assure You that the same measure is revelation, revolution, and always repeats, until something is changed. We have only practiced the US Constitution. With Occupational Parenting and always, always, always, having the means, Right, and ability to self defense, we can live the Constitution. It will have to be tweaked as our Fore-Mothers and Fore-Fathers knew it would. And, if someone says, “They were just ‘racist’, know that they laid the ground-work by which their Children would always be better and racism meaningful and fair for all races. Our Children need manifest our better selves and they must learn it from the day that they can learn. There is no tomorrow or making America greater, if not.

So, always, always, always, having the means, Right, and ability to self defense? What about tanks? If You or a collection of You have the money You should also be able to have a tank and the area by which You may train with it. What about buying a bunch of tanks? Only the Government has the Right to build an Army, and I wonder about some Corporation’s ‘Security Details’. We question to each other what constitutes building a military not the right of Citizens to own armor. So, what about nukes? That’s where I draw the line because by that time the point is moot and angled toward Space. But, if there be only one person left on Earth which is under attack, that one person should have the knowledge by with the nuke is fired.

It is all about the Children and not leaving them naive and defenseless. It has always been about the Children. Mass shootings are more about repressed violent tendencies and feelings of ineffectiveness than they are about the right or wrong of owning weapons. Occupation Parenting addresses the real issue instead of trying to cure a cold with a piece of tissue. It doesn’t work. We have to address why the person is susceptible to colds. That will work. It will always be about the Children. GOD loves no perspective in the Universe more than the Child’s.

In consideration of children, the 2nd Amendment comes up a lot. Only GOD Loves the Child more I do. And I support the Right to keep and bear arms.

My Brother and I frequently argue the 2nd Amendment, sometimes my sister. I finally trumped him. Below is an irrefutable argument in favor of citizens owning projectile weapons, My sister leaned toward my argument anyway.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

My Brother’s argument is always about who “We the People” are and what a well regulated militia is. This irrefutable argument addresses both and more.

Jamison, I don’t see any paragraph. I do see a well written, timeless irrefutable sentence. You didn’t get my point but You made my point when You typed: Agree with quite a bit of your reasoning, although do not think the crown is much of a threat 200 years later.

You’re looking at the Constitution in 1 maybe 2 dimensions or 240 degrees. It was written in 3 dimensions or 360 degrees of consideration. They didn’t write it to apply to this day or that, but all days and all time. Above is a the 2nd Amendment as is favored to Your understanding of the Amendment, with bold faced print as to Your points.

1st, A militia cannot be more regulated than if the Children are taught from birth how to handle the “Individual weapon”; Best regulated “militia” ever. While tyranny is implied by weapons being necessary to keep a free State from enemies foreign and domestic.

2nd, Those loyal to the Crown were not American Citizens or “We the People”. If the American citizen was loyal to the Crown, they were spies and if caught they were hung or shot, not released. So the Amendment can be read to deny those loyal to the Crown weapons, in that day. And, when You said, “Agree with quite a bit of your reasoning, although do not think the crown is much of a threat 200 years later.” You make my point because, for this day of reading, in which it is applied, there is not that same threat from the Crown, in the numbers of the threat 200 ago. The statement supports that today there is less threat from an enemy foreign. Should we wait until there is. In the case of terrorist and those “sleeper cells” they are spies, if they are American Citizens. Though maybe we can disarm them and have them swear allegiance to the United States if they fore-go their right to bear arms. Or that they may bear arms only if they swear allegiance and incriminate themselves to their terrorists organization by giving us information vital to safety. Thereby they may need to protect themselves in the future. If spy flipping gets two crazy and they are flipped back to terrorist there’s always hanging and shooting. And I think it should be public and torturous, vital to the safety of our nation.

3rd, In the case of a tyrannical Government over the People, and the Military sides against the Government, with the People, all of those trained from birth to handle an “Individual weapon” are most ready to be trained by the National Guard on the Militarie(‘s’) behalf, for the “Best Regulated ‘Militia’” that ever could be. Therefore every Home should “keep and bear arms“. “We the People” can only be we the American Citizens whom are “the People” from which Pubic Office and Government Office are elected and Government Officials are appointed. First they must be “We the People” the American Citizen.

The 4th point, I made is that the “projectile weapon”, for the industrial person, is so much easier to make and so much more humane than a club that You may only invite tyranny and cruelty in outlawing them. In the UK I am sure they are experiencing such phenomena.

A blow gun is a “projectile weapon” and can be bamboo. You may think the club is easier to make because the bamboo shoot is already a club before it is a blowgun. But, it is not industrial. If there is a pipe laying around You may make a “projectile weapon” more easily than the ease that it would take to make that same pipe, all that I must figure is pressure or compression. “So, can’t a pipe company make the pipe more easily?”, not as easily as they could make a projectile for the bamboo shoot. If it’s a pipe company that doesn’t make projectiles, I can find a projectile, in the very machinery they use to make any pipe that I could use for a blow gun or sling.

Trying to outlaw the pistol for the industrial person is the equivalent of trying to outlaw the stone instead of regulating what is done with it.

That is an irrefutable argument. It can not reasonably be argued against.
